Car shopping can be an intimidating and challenging process. In my past experience, I have always entered car dealerships with a mindset that I was going to get screwed over. This was not the case at process. In my past experience, I have always entered car dealerships with a mindset that I was going to get screwed over. This was not the case at all with the folks at Coast Honda. I had the most pleasant car shopping experience of my life. The sales woman (Robin) was very geniune and truly took into account my situation, i.e. financial situation, and did not try to "sell" me into something I could not afford. She was honest and provided me options that were in range with my budget and I could not be happier. She really assisted me and I felt she had my interest at heart. When I went to pick up my 2013 Honda Accord EX-L, the entire staff was helpful and really took the time to show me how to work the car, i.e. radio and blue tooth features. They were extremely patient and I did not feel pressured, bullied or intimidated at all. Again, a wonderful experience overall. I would recommend Robin...hands down to anyone who is in the market for car. Her knowledge and ability to truly understand your needs and finances make her an incredible sales woman. More

I was at 3 dealerships before I went to coast Honda. Every time I walked through the door at the other places they jumped on me like meat for a starving man. It was intimidating and scary and I knew these men were full of lies just trying to make a sale. Mind you I am a 24 year old woman who went by herself hoping that I would find one place that made me feel comfortable and despite what people say about car salesmen I knew if I didn't give up I would find an honest one. My dreams came true when I went to coast Honda. I was greeted with kindness and reassurance that I didn't have to make any purchases. They sat with me for hours and answered all my questions with nothing but patience and a smile. They even offered me lunch. There was nothing rough and tough at coast Honda like there was at other dealerships I experienced that were located in north jersey. It was relaxing and knowledgeable and incredibly pleasant. I death with two men. One was named Chris W and the othe Dennis D. I found them to be nothing less than true gentleman. I didn't even buy a car on my first visit but that didn't stop them from showing me support and kindness through this process. They didn't pressure or bother me one bit. They said when I'm ready to come back and that's exactly what I did. I have a beautiful used Honda civic that all my friends believe to be brand new. I have every warrantee imaginable and it came at a very affordable price. To be quite honest now that I found a dealership I trust I will never go somewhere else to buy a car. I'd reccomend them to anyone. If your as nervous about buying a car as I was go to coast Honda. You won't regret it:) I will be back. There are really good people out there...you just have to find them and coast Honda is filled with them. More

Robin Hines was an EXTREMELY thorough and helpful salesperson. We came in with a quote from another dealership to see if it could be beat. She gave us a much better price without even asking what the original quote was; no games, no wasting time. We picked out the color and she took care of everything else. She contacted our insurance company for us, offered to come in on her day off so we could pick up the car at our convenience and then walked us through everything on the car, including setting up our Bluetooth HandsfreeLink for our cellphones. I was dreading shopping for a new car, but our experience with Robin was such a pleasant surprise. I am recommending Coast Honda and Robin Hines to everyone. More

I had just sold my '04 Honda and wanted a brand new one. I was recommended to go to Coast Honda because I was told that the people there were very friendly and nice. I knew someone who had just purchas one. I was recommended to go to Coast Honda because I was told that the people there were very friendly and nice. I knew someone who had just purchased a car there, so I decided to go there instead of to the Honda dealer that is much closer to my home. Am I glad I did. I walked in with the name of a salesman, Chris Voigt, who was somewhere around, but no one knew exactly where he was Three salesmen rushed around to find him. (very nice treatment) Once found, he came and introduced himself. He asked the "getting to know you" questions like who had recommended him to me, what I was looking for in a car,etc. Chris is not the "pushy" salesman, which I just can't stand. He laid out all of my options for buying or leasing, ran all the numbers, and came up with a deal that was great. He also made sure I understood everything he was telling me I drove out of the dealership about 2 hours afterward with my new Accord Touring, thinking I had died and gone to heaven. Chris is very personable, down to earth, knowledgeable. and very easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for a new or used car. I know they wouldn't be disappointed.
