I bought a Honda Civic from Coast Honda at the end of August. I decided to look at Hondas to replace my luxury car which had been totalled in an accident. There was no pressure. Everyone was helpful and I was given price sheets with all of the details and always felt that the dealership and its employees were trying to help me find what I wanted and that they understood that I was under budget constraints for my purchase. I found and bought a Honda Civic. Since then I have been to the dealership twice for service and found the service department equally helpful. Prior to my experience at Coast Honda, I predominantly purchased luxury cars because I always felt that the service was outstanding. However, I have found that the service at Coast Honda matches what I found at the luxury car dealers and plan to make my next purchase at the same dealership. More

I purchased a Civic Si in 2012 and wanted to trade my Altima for an Accord. Gary is wonderful to deal with. He is extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. After shopping around on the internet for a new Civic, I ended up going to Coast Honda and it made me regretting even looking elsewhere. My dad and grandma both have cars from there, that they have con ended up going to Coast Honda and it made me regretting even looking elsewhere. I was looking elsewhere because of promises of "free oil changes", "extended warrenties" and "price matching"--all of which turned out to not really be what was advertised--but after going to Coast I feel like I wasted my time with all of that. Chris couldn't have been nicer or easier to deal with. He gave me a quote online for a final, out the door price that beat anywhere else in the area. No gimmics, no surprises once you're in the dealership, no feeling forced into any extras that you don't want. It really feels like you are getting a good, honest deal, and not being fed the typical car salesman act. The quote I was given online was exactly what I paid for the car. Seriously, if you are in the market for a Honda, save yourself the time and stress go to Coast first. Great deals, great employees, and an overall great car buying experience. More

He answered all our questions openly and honestly, explained all the current financing options, and showed us what cars were available for purchase on the lot. He put absolutely no pressure on us to make a decision immediately, and completely understood our desire to research other makers cars. We went to Freehold Toyota to look at the camry, where we found the car buying totally unsatisfactory. When talking to the sales person, the manager eventually came over, and attempted to tell us he was giving us a good deal and encouraged us to take it immediately. We instead immediately went back to Gary and sealed the deal. It is unfortunate we can only give Gary a 5 he deserves a 10! I just bought the Ridgeline after trading in the Pilot and this is my second time having Mike friendly and knowledgeable about the products he sells.
