Locking in a low quote over email and having the car I wanted ready to go when I got there were the most important things to me. I didn't want to waste time and energy on the normal back and forth negotiations at the dealership or make multiple trips to 2 or more dealers. I wanted to sign and drive. Robin exceeded all my expectations in terms of honestly, detail of the quote, and follow her up. She emailed me back and called to let me know she would have a firm out the door quote via email later that day. Robin stood out compared to all the other dealers I contacted by carefully reading my email and responding with full detail on a price for the color, make, and model I wanted. I was shocked how many dealers didn't bother to read or choose to ignore the email I sent containing very specific details I took the time to provide.
