The next business day I walked in, signed the paperwork and left the dealership within a half hour in my brand new Civic! EASY PEASY! No one said sorry, asked if there was anything else that they could do, nothing. Just "I gave you your keys back, right?" It felt like "Don't let the door hit you on the way out."
