Robin emailed me an out the door price for the car and also an out the door price for the car and the accessories I wanted to add. The offer emailed to me was better than AAA and Costco offers so we decided to see what we would get for a trade-in and were happy with that offer. This was long process because our car was ordered so it took a little over two months. Even with the lengthy process, Robin kept me updated on the status of the car and showed me features on a similar car while I waited on delivery. When my Honda finally came in I began dealing with Dennis who was a pleasure to deal with as well. Dennis took us out on a test drive of the actual car we were purchasing and when we confirmed we would go through with the deal he had our add on accessories ordered and installed within two days. When the car was ready for pick up all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. Dennis already had called my insurance company and the financier of my trade-in. I walked in the door, signed a few papers, and then had a thorough introduction to my new car. I was out the door within the hour. Great things about Coast: *All numbers, aside from the trade-in were done online which saved me a lot of time driving to and from the dealership. *The team at Coast were all a pleasure to deal with and they offered me a deal I was happy to accept. *When I had questions, I was given honest answers or they acknowledged the fact they needed to look into my answer a little more. I appreciate that. More
Best car buying experience I have even had I had been shopping for a 2016 Pilot since last November or so. With limited supply, it was hard to get good deals. Being a costco member, I even got a costco price from a dealer near me. But the first time I reached out to Coast Honda for a quote, Robin Hines (sales rep at Coast Honda) provided me out of door price, which included, Sales Tax, Motor Vehicle Tire Fee, Registration fee and the Online processing fee ($8.95 :-) ) , which was much much less than the costco price I got from this other dealer. I reached out to Robin to ask her what the catch was (seriously), and she told me NONE. She was right. I got my Pilot last week from them, and didn't pay anything more that initially agreed upon (except the accessories and extended warranty I decided to add). Robin is Awesome!! and was very patient throughout the buying process, and always returned my phone calls immediately and responded to my emails promptly. I have already told my friends that if they are interested in a honda vehicle, they should consider Coast Honda and get in touch with Robin. More
Should've been a good experience, but wasn't I'll sum this up quickly: 1. I was not given a full tank of gas. 2. I was told the brand new car had less than 50 miles on it. It had 91 miles. 3. A friend recommended Coast Honda to me I bought my first Honda in 2002 from another dealership. A friend purchased the same vehicle from Coast Honda. I told him how I hate to step foot in I bought my first Honda in 2002 from another dealership. A friend purchased the same vehicle from Coast Honda. I told him how I hate to step foot into a dealership. He told me, that had I went to Coast Honda, I wouldn't have felt that way at all. He told me that his purchase experience was actually pleasant. In 2007, when it was time for another new Honda, I gave Pat M. a call, and the experience was exactly as my friend described it. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, and a pleasant dealership experience to top it off. Very little negotiating was necessary and unlike other dealerships, it was all done over the phone. All I had to do is come in and decide the trim level and sign. Pat had the car ready even before I signed the papers, so once I decided, I was on my way in no time at all. I still hate to step into other dealerships, but not Coast Honda. In 2015, I was shopping for a car again, and although I ended up not purchasing, I did shop Coast Honda and the experience again (with Pat), was like no other car dealership that I've been too. I never once felt uncomfortable at any point inside this dealership. More

He took time to go over every feature that it had and the difference between models. He never pushed me towards either model just explained everything as to make my decision easier. He was so kind, patient and helpful in making our choice. He fully explained the finance choices to me and was very helpful in helping us choose what was best for us.
