I found out that my 06 Pilot had an issue, but decided to go new and not fix the issue. I called Pat, he asked me what I wanted, and he got it for me. IT WAS THAT SIMPLE! So many people don't like going car shopping...but Pat takes all the stress out of it. The next business day, I went in and Pat had my car ready and waiting! It was seriously just a phone call for the sale, but I was treated with so much care and respect. Pat cared about what I wanted, and made sure that's exactly what I got. There was no pressure to buy more than what I wanted, or to upgrade anything. It was easier and more enjoyable than grocery shopping! And my new Pilot, well, it's beyond my hopes!
