Bad service I had my Ford F250 towed to this dealer my service rep was Mike DiMaggio I had to call him numerous times to find out what was wrong with my truck lef I had my Ford F250 towed to this dealer my service rep was Mike DiMaggio I had to call him numerous times to find out what was wrong with my truck left messages with no return call got to the point where I was very aggravated finally when I get a call back I have a modified air cleaner on the truck he says I have to change the modification so they can diagnose the truck should've informed me of that I could've went over there and took care of it but no it was at the end of the day and it took another day for them to look at my truck so the next day comes and they find that the EGR valve is bad and they Do not have any in stock so another day passes I get my truck back it runs fine this was two weeks ago I called today I was going to schedule appointment to do the 60,000 mile service and whatever else the truck needed left message with Mike DiMaggio at 11:30 this dealerships service center closes at 4 o'clock which is a ridiculous time and I don't know of any other dealership that closes that early, so I called at 3:30 to find out what happened to this guy I told the receptionist when I called that I want to talk to a live person and then I change my mind because if I have to go through this trouble it's not worth bringing the truck there, so now I made an appointment with George wall in red bank to see how their services is they were fine over the phone there made an appointment immediately so my truck will be a George wall tomorrow I will let dealer rater know how they work and I'm giving 3 stars to lester glenn because after you call them for 3-6 times and they do call you back they are friendly More
Happy Ending I was very leery and confused when I decided to buy out my lease when it ended, and purchased the car I've been driving for the last two years. both I was very leery and confused when I decided to buy out my lease when it ended, and purchased the car I've been driving for the last two years. both Eric Leshin and John Brogden worked together to make this experience a " Happy Ending", instead of a nightmare. And instead of walking out , ready to try another Dealer, I was surprisingly happy , and had a smile on my face, instead of high blood pressure from the stress I've previously been robbed of in the past. I will recommend any friends or family who are looking for a car to purchase! More
Second chance for Lester Glenn ford was a fail. First service done by them the tech never tightened the lug nuts on one of my tires. Mistakes happen so I scheduled a second service with them for a Monday service done by them the tech never tightened the lug nuts on one of my tires. Mistakes happen so I scheduled a second service with them for a Monday morning at 730am. Saturday I spoke with service because there was a forecast of snow. She assured me they will be open. Monday morning I was there at 730am and was advised by the service writer that they are closed until 1030am due to the snow. He told me to wait I the waiting room and that he was going to find out what was going on in the service department. After 45 minutes of waiting. I walked back into the service department to find several service technicians sitting at the service writers desk drinking coffee. A sencond service writer told me that they have to move cars out the garage and if I had things to do to come back later. So much for my 730 appt. I never had a issue with Larsion Ford. I guess I'll drive there which is less convient but at least my truck will get serviced. More
