We paid $165 for Multi Point inspection Feb 15. In May we had to replace the turbo. This is caused by a dirty air filter that was "inspected" ... Almost $3000 for a repair that should have been prevented. Adding insult to injury took our vehicle in Sun Night for a scheduled Monday AM 7 hour repair expecting it back Tues. Did not get the vehicle back until Friday. Except for one call from the service rep telling me it would be more money ( shocker ) , we did not receive updates unless I called. I sent photos of the air filter my husband changed AFTER the turbo was replaced... More

I have been buying cars from Lester Glenn for over 20 Years and refer many people over the years and they all leave happy. everyone at The ford store is TOP NOTCH starting with Sales man Brian Taylor who Years and refer many people over the years and they all leave happy. everyone at The ford store is TOP NOTCH starting with Sales man Brian Taylor who is very courteous and really shows his concern and that he really cares about his customers and I can say we have become friends as well. As for the Sales management team of Mitch and Joe make the car buying experience super easy and quick no pressure . Bobby Fox in finance is awesome to deal with as well And a special shout out to Aja in service she is the best of the best always there to help and take care of any concerns . I highly recommend Lester Glenn to anyone they treat you like family. More

Not sure what happened I never like to write a negative review but had to get it off my chest. I purchase my ford from this dealer back in 2010 when it was Sansone from sale I never like to write a negative review but had to get it off my chest. I purchase my ford from this dealer back in 2010 when it was Sansone from sales Manager Charlie Nacovski it was a great amazing experience. I always like to service my vehicle where I bought it, in this case it was a little out of the way but managable as it takes about an hour to get here from my house. I had always enjoyed coming to this dealer as I felt I was treated fair and correctly. In 2013 I was informed lester glenn was taking over the dealership which made me a little nervous and thought I'd start servicing my car elsewhere I decided to give it a shot, the take over was painless and lester glenn honor all of sansone's customer service deals and the pleasurable experience continued up until the last couple years when service writers were coming and going. I have been lied to, I have had them try to sell me things I didn't even need, and last time I service my vehicle here I was over sold and robbed I haven't said a word cause I realize life is short, so I paid my bill and have not been back since and will no longer be a customer at this location. More

The TPC of my 2014 Ford Focus was recalled and never properly fixed,now I was there two weeks ago when they said they had to order the part and it would be in early last week. No phone call or anything. Called today spoke with Les said part had not come in,asked him to recheck-said it came in-asked him when-on Sunday he said!!!LOL Asked for part to be installed at 11am said lady was busy on the phone- 4 1/2 hrs later still no call and when I called went to voice mail! If you are buying a Ford -look elsewhere! More

Bad service I had my Ford F250 towed to this dealer my service rep was Mike DiMaggio I had to call him numerous times to find out what was wrong with my truck lef I had my Ford F250 towed to this dealer my service rep was Mike DiMaggio I had to call him numerous times to find out what was wrong with my truck left messages with no return call got to the point where I was very aggravated finally when I get a call back I have a modified air cleaner on the truck he says I have to change the modification so they can diagnose the truck should've informed me of that I could've went over there and took care of it but no it was at the end of the day and it took another day for them to look at my truck so the next day comes and they find that the EGR valve is bad and they Do not have any in stock so another day passes I get my truck back it runs fine this was two weeks ago I called today I was going to schedule appointment to do the 60,000 mile service and whatever else the truck needed left message with Mike DiMaggio at 11:30 this dealerships service center closes at 4 o'clock which is a ridiculous time and I don't know of any other dealership that closes that early, so I called at 3:30 to find out what happened to this guy I told the receptionist when I called that I want to talk to a live person and then I change my mind because if I have to go through this trouble it's not worth bringing the truck there, so now I made an appointment with George wall in red bank to see how their services is they were fine over the phone there made an appointment immediately so my truck will be a George wall tomorrow I will let dealer rater know how they work and I'm giving 3 stars to lester glenn because after you call them for 3-6 times and they do call you back they are friendly More
