My wife and I recently visited Lester Glenn Ford in Ocean Township, NJ and were impressed by the friendliness of everyone. We were greeted by a nice young man, Brian Taylor who exhibited quite a bit of knowledge about the auto of our interest, the Escape. Brian is a delightful young man who was very friendly, intelligent and respectful. He will go far in the auto industry. He made the whole experience pleasurable. We were also introduced to Lonnie Sherry who is an impressive manager. We are long time Ford owners and our faith in the company was solidified when Ford did not take government finance. This dealer ship was very straight forward. They gave us a price on the ford Explorer which they called a leg crusher because they knew they would crush their competition and they were right. They knew I wanted to shop around and were confident no one would be able to match their price. After shopping around at 4 other dealers in the area, no one was able to come even close to the Lester Glenn price which I should add was a higher model then all of the other dealers were quoting on. On another note, Mike D was great. No pressure and took care of everything for us. I loved the fact that he used text messaging to keep in contact with me instead of phone and email. He also made sure everything was done in advance of me picking up the car. I was in and out. Will definition recommend Lester Glenn to anyoneI know looking for a car More
