We scheduled an appointment for an oil change and were surprised to receive a call from someone in the Toms River office asking us if we would be interested in trading in our car early. We were greeted by Andy who was already expecting our visit. He introduced us to Eric who asked for some information and started the necessary paperwork. Eric was interested in finding the car that WE wanted. He immediately went to work finding the perfect car. We were initially turned down for the vehicle we wanted, a 2014 Ford Fusion SE.....BUT...Anthony (who, by the way, looks just like Zack Galifianakis) went to work for us and sent Eric back with an approval for a 2013 Ford Fusion, FULLY LOADED, leather seats and all! All parties involved took the time from my first visit to when I purchased the vehicle to discuss and find the vehicle that would suit my needs and also to explain the breakdown of options, i.e. leasing, trade-in or financing. By the time I decided to purchase my new truck, I had a full and complete understanding of all the features I was getting and was able to weigh the relevance of what I wanted but did not need along with a complete breakdown of the costs. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone and plan to do business with them in the future should I be looking for another Ford. More
