replacement for a stolen vechicle Brian was an excellent salesperson. Considering my need to replace a stolen car which was only 3 years old, he was very sympathetic. We were both very impressed with the salesman, Dustin, and his knowledge on the vehicle. Both Dustin and a sales manager helped us out. We were also very happy we were not forced to sit at a desk and get the typical line of questioning. (Trade in or lease.....your phone number.....) We left the store pleasantly surprised. I went online this morning to contact the dealership I visited last night. The number that I called went to a location in Toms River. I asked to be connected to the Ocean Twp Store. The operator that answered the phone asked if he could help me. I again asked "Is this the Ocean Twp Ford dealership?" He advised me he is in sales and could answer any questions I may have. I again requested to speak with the Ocean Twp Store. He advised me to hold on while he checks. He came back on the line and stated the operator was in a meeting. I thanked him and told him I would call back later. About 10 minutes later, I called a different t number, that I thought was the Ocean Twp Store and to my surprise, it was the same person who had answered the phone before. I asked if there was a direct line to the store and he advised "NO" that all calls would go through him. I simply asked if I could speak with anyone from the Ocean Twp Store. He finally connected me with a manager. I told the manager I was in last night and spoke with a specific sales person, but had a few basic questions. He told me the sales person was not in yet and he would have him call me back. I asked him if he could just answer a few questions. He again asked for my phone number. As a manager, why would of it been so difficult to answer a question for a customer. After I hung up the phone, I realized that this is not the type of dealership that I want to buy from. I wish them well and hope they change their practices More

Spam, false advertising I recently was looking through my emails and came upon an ad for the ford escape with $169 month and $0 downpayment for 36 months. Flabbergasted with I recently was looking through my emails and came upon an ad for the ford escape with $169 month and $0 downpayment for 36 months. Flabbergasted with this offer I decided to go to the dealership and purchase this car for the price which the ad states. However before doing so I emailed the advertisement to be sure this isn't a fake. Within an hour I got a reply from a representative saying that indeed the advertisement was reliable and she had even told me who to speak to when I arrived to the dealership. When arriving to the dealership you would think that I could leave happy with a brand new car for $169 a month, correct? Wrong! When I arrived to the dealership and was getting ready to purchase this car with everything the advertisement says I came up an dilemma. The representative assisting me told me that the advertisement I had seen was just an ad and false information. His words not mine, I was furious with the fact that I not only spent a good two hours choosing the car and having all the papers settled but to in the end find out it was all just a hoax. Clearly such dealership should not be visited because everything they say is a lie, it's just their way to make money off of people foolish enough to believe their ads until the end when you find out you were duped and it's too late. Don't make a mistake by visiting Lester Glenn Ford, save your time and energy. More

I didn't feel pressured or intimidated being a young lady shopping for a truck for the first time. Brian not only showed me the car fax, but also shared with me that he personally knew the previous owner and what impeccable care he took of the jeep. After all of the financial aspects were squared away, I left with a huge smile on my face and feeling like I got the best deal possible. Brian was extremely respectful, personable and professional. When my new license plates arrived at the dealer I actually needed them shipped up to hoboken, nj. Brian was super proactive and got them shipped and delivered within two days, providing me with the tracking number. I would highly recommend Brian Taylor as my first car buying experience could not have been better! More
