About two weeks later I called Brian and told him the exact things we wanted in a truck and he and Billy set out to find it. Brian called and said we found it. We went out and looked at the truck and it was everything we wanted. During this time I had mentioned I was unhappy with my current car and asked casually for an estimate of trade in value, again no pressure, and very accommodating. Told them what I was looking for and they gave me info on the car (not a ford), they told me when i was ready to buy to let them know and they would help me. Anyway we drove home our new truck May 30 and love it!! So happy with the customer service all the way around and John made the financing process so easy! More

From the moment we walked into the showroom, we felt very comfortable. Our salesperson, Nikki Coscia, was courteous and knowledgeable. There was no 'pressure' to sign. The team helped us find the best car for our growing family and a payment that works within our budget. I've been driving the car for almost a week and am LOVING it. It unlocks if I am within a few feet, the liftgate opens and closes with the push of a button on my key, my phone auto-syncs when I get in the car and calls whomever I want using voice commands, and (some may think this is a little thing, but I love it) the cup holders actually 'hug' your cup so you don't have to worry about spilling anything. The best part is, our 3-year-old loves it, too. I think the low pressure, friendly atmosphere at Lester Glenn has added to the excitement of driving my new Ford Explorer. Billy Tilton, the General Sales Manager, was incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell that he enjoys his job and appreciates his customers. Thanks Billy! You are awesome. We will definitely be referring everyone we know to you, and to Lester Glenn. We have been customers of Lester Glenn in the past, and have had great experiences with all of the sales professionals. I guess it is the family-owned business approach that makes them different than other car dealers. You can tell that the team has been trained to make sure they are creating customers for life, not just for one sale. Hope this is helpful to anyone thinking about buying a car! Was looking for the Explorer and Dustin and Andy made it happen. I have been buying Fords since 2000 every 3 to 4 years I get a new lease. Well these two guys made the best transition and experience I ever had and will be returning the next time, My 4yr. old son drew a picture and Dustin hung it up behind his desk. Each time I go I am ready for the pushy car salesman who only wants to make money and gets annoyed when you tell him no. My experience at Lester Glenn was truly one I have never experience before. My sales representative was extreamly upfront and honest.....and not in the least bit pushy. He gave me time to think and he listened when I told him I had to stick within my buget. Overall, everyone at the dealership was friendly and tried to make this experience as painless and stress free as possible. It truly was a wonderful experince. More
Happy Ending I was very leery and confused when I decided to buy out my lease when it ended, and purchased the car I've been driving for the last two years. both I was very leery and confused when I decided to buy out my lease when it ended, and purchased the car I've been driving for the last two years. both Eric Leshin and John Brogden worked together to make this experience a " Happy Ending", instead of a nightmare. And instead of walking out , ready to try another Dealer, I was surprisingly happy , and had a smile on my face, instead of high blood pressure from the stress I've previously been robbed of in the past. First Experience We were browsing dealerships and stopped at LesterGlenn Ford looking for a pre-owned car. After 5 mins on the lot Dustin came out to greet us and asked what we were interested in. He quickly engaged us by addressing my wife and 11 year old son as well. We were in a pinch to purchase a vehicle in a certain price range for a specific purpose. Dustin was attentive and focused on our goals for this purchase. He quickly presented options and began looking for cars that met our needs. There wasn't anything immediately available, so Dustin then engaged Andy who presented another option in a vehicle that initially caught our eye, but was beyond our price range. We took the car for a ride and Andy was able to work with us on the numbers. No pressure, just friendly conversation. We reached an agreement and purchased the vehicle. John in the finance department was also great to work with. Easy going and a good conversationalist. We got through all the details and along the way may have solved a few of the hotly contested political issues on a local and national level. This was my first experience with LesterGlenn. It definitely won't be my last and will certainly recommend them to others. Very good experience, great bunch of guys. Dustin is definitely an asset to this team in terms of first impressions of the dealer and salesmanship. He presents a professional, friendly image that quickly takes the edge off that predetermined customer apprehension when shopping for a vehicle. He was well versed in the business and genuinely interested in finding a solution to our needs. More

This time, I was looking to downsize but didn't want a small vehicle either. Brian was very courteous and listened to what my needs were in a vehicle. He showed me various Ford vehicles in different sizes and helped me narrow down two different vehicles to test drive. I fell in love with the Escape as soon as I drove it. Brian made the entire car shopping experience EASY. I didn't feel stressed or pushed into buying a car I didn't want or need. As consumers, we HATE that feeling. That being said, we shopped, negotiated, and signed a deal with Brian in one afternoon and we drove our new purchase off the lot that day. My experience with Brain Taylor at Lester Glenn Ford was a very positive one and I recommend this dealer and sales associate to all of my friends and family. More
