The "fabric protection on vinyl seats is nothing less than fraud. I found the the general manager Mr. Billy Tilton epitomizes everything bad you have ever heard about a car salesman with a an extra splash of arrogance for good measure. I have purchased many cars and trucks in my lifetime with a mixture of experiences some good some bad, I was so repulsed by Mr. Tiltons tactics that I felt compelled to write this review. I do not believe he spoke one word of truth in the 90 minutes I was in is presence. My advice "caveat emptor" Ford dealers are everywhere avoid this one. More

Ford Fusion 2014 I went in for a routine service for my 2012 Fusion and ended up trading it in and buying a new 2014 Fusion. They were able to lowering my monthly pay I went in for a routine service for my 2012 Fusion and ended up trading it in and buying a new 2014 Fusion. They were able to lowering my monthly payments significantly. They did not try and push the sale either. They were willing to work and talk with me even though I was not sure if I was going to buy a new car. It was a pleasant experience and all of the associates I interacted with were welcoming, well informed, and friendly. I would not hesitate to come back. More

I called the main number, got an overview of their stock and was given a contact to show me the vehicles. Nikki Coscia was an excellent salesperson for me. She didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want, answered all my questions, and if she didn't know told me she'd get back to me...and she did. Her answers were accurate and clear. I have no time for confusion and I liked her honest and technical responses. She knew everything about her vehicles in stock and their features. She didn't stumble around trying to figure things out. she just knew/ I like that. Competance and honesty. Good combination. Would not hesitate to recommend Lester Glenn and Nikki More
