I love my ride! I was already on my third car from Ford and I was at the end of my lease. My salesman Eric had me set up with a brand new fusion, fully loaded, heate I was already on my third car from Ford and I was at the end of my lease. My salesman Eric had me set up with a brand new fusion, fully loaded, heated steering, park assist and any other feature you can imagine. The car was really great however, that mustang on the showroom floor kept getting my attention. I did have a budget and I knew I couldn't go from a fusion to a mustang, but I had to sit in the car. The manager Mitch jokingly said, don't sit in the car, as he held open the door. I asked if I could take the mustang for a spin. Once around the lot I knew I couldn't leave without the mustang. I sat down with the finance department and told the amount I could afford and not a dollar more. Then they spoke with the manager Mitch, who helped me work out a budget not only under the amount I could afford but also including the tire and rim replacement package. I called my insurance company for a quote, removing 24 hour roadside because Ford offers 24 hour roadside at no additional cost. I couldn't believe it, in the end I was only spending a few dollars more a week than my previously leased fusion. I was elated! The team at Lester Glenn once again made me very happy. I call in at least once a month to tell Mitch I love my car! I've already sent two friends who leased with this dealership and I have another on the way for Eric. Another great perk that Lester Glenn offers is a free oil change and car wash. I LOVE these guys! Mustang Chrissy :-) More

Bad service I had my Ford F250 towed to this dealer my service rep was Mike DiMaggio I had to call him numerous times to find out what was wrong with my truck lef I had my Ford F250 towed to this dealer my service rep was Mike DiMaggio I had to call him numerous times to find out what was wrong with my truck left messages with no return call got to the point where I was very aggravated finally when I get a call back I have a modified air cleaner on the truck he says I have to change the modification so they can diagnose the truck should've informed me of that I could've went over there and took care of it but no it was at the end of the day and it took another day for them to look at my truck so the next day comes and they find that the EGR valve is bad and they Do not have any in stock so another day passes I get my truck back it runs fine this was two weeks ago I called today I was going to schedule appointment to do the 60,000 mile service and whatever else the truck needed left message with Mike DiMaggio at 11:30 this dealerships service center closes at 4 o'clock which is a ridiculous time and I don't know of any other dealership that closes that early, so I called at 3:30 to find out what happened to this guy I told the receptionist when I called that I want to talk to a live person and then I change my mind because if I have to go through this trouble it's not worth bringing the truck there, so now I made an appointment with George wall in red bank to see how their services is they were fine over the phone there made an appointment immediately so my truck will be a George wall tomorrow I will let dealer rater know how they work and I'm giving 3 stars to lester glenn because after you call them for 3-6 times and they do call you back they are friendly More

Very positive friendly experience I was pricing new Ford Explorers and drove by Lester Glenn so I pulled in and went inside where I was greeted by Brian Taylor. I found him to be engag I was pricing new Ford Explorers and drove by Lester Glenn so I pulled in and went inside where I was greeted by Brian Taylor. I found him to be engaging, informative, and knowledgeable. However he was not overly aggressive or assertive. When I told him what I was interested in and that I had been to another Ford dealership that day he showed me a vehicle that I thought I would never be able to buy but the price came in significantly lower than the price quoted to me from the other place - and for a better equipped and appointed vehicle. Yet Brian never pushed or cajoled. He showed me and demonstrated every aspect and feature of the car I was interested in never once pressuring me. After the transaction he set up the blue tooth feature of my car and gave me a feature by feature review to be sure that I had it all. To the end he was a gentleman and made the whole experience a pleasure! Excellent employee! More
