Relaxing, no pressure experience at this Ford Dealership. We were looking for a new car for our son and we stopped at this dealership, since it was local to us. We inquired about the lease specials we saw in the Asbury park Press. Normally you would not find those deals once you get to the dealership. But not here. they took the time to show us different model cars Brian was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. We decided on a car, but not the color, we want our son to pick that out. We contacted Brian via email and told him what we have decided and he had all the paper work ready for us to sign, so we didn't have to be there for hours. I honestly have to say we were in the dealership less than an hour and we were off with our band new 2016 Ford Fusion S. I wanted to get the weather tech mats for the car and Brian took me to the Service dept which the young lady was extremely helpful and made the calls to to the parts dept. Since I got the car at that dealership I was automatically given a 10% discount, how great is that. I highly recommend this dealership for you next car purchase. More

Amazing Customer Service I went to another Ford dealer closer to my house, I was strung along for 2 1/2 days and told "we are still working on it." At the end of day 2 I was I went to another Ford dealer closer to my house, I was strung along for 2 1/2 days and told "we are still working on it." At the end of day 2 I was told 'No" sorry we did everything we could but we just couldn't help you. I was defeated, tired and now drained. The very next day I was introduced to Joe Frank and from the moment I spoke with him I felt at ease, that everything was going to be ok and that he was the one who was going to make this happen. With in 2 hours (all over the phone) I was approved, in the Escape that I wanted AND a fair deal was made for my trade in and I walked away with a check. This dealership is about 35 miles from house however I would drive 100 miles to know that no matter what I am being treated like a human being, and that this Ford Team is here to make it happen for you. While I am very dissappointed in the way I was treated at another Ford dealer I am at home with Lester Glenn and Joe Frank. I will reccomend this dealership to anyone. Keep up the great work!!! Awesome Dealership I went to several other dealerships and this was by far the best and easiest experience. I had spoken with Brandon online and told him everything I wa I went to several other dealerships and this was by far the best and easiest experience. I had spoken with Brandon online and told him everything I was looking for in an SUV, and he found the perfect match for me which was the Ford Edge! After a day of deciding I returned to the dealership and they had everything all ready for me. The car was detailed and all the papers were ready for me to sign. Brian Taylor was also such a great help and made the transition extremely easy. Overall between Brian and Brandon they made the whole experience wonderful, I wouldn't go to any other dealership!
