The TPC of my 2014 Ford Focus was recalled and never properly fixed,now I was there two weeks ago when they said they had to order the part and it would be in early last week. No phone call or anything. Called today spoke with Les said part had not come in,asked him to recheck-said it came in-asked him when-on Sunday he said!!!LOL Asked for part to be installed at 11am said lady was busy on the phone- 4 1/2 hrs later still no call and when I called went to voice mail! If you are buying a Ford -look elsewhere! More

I stopped by to check out the Fusion (I've had two in the past), and after the numbers were run, I I was the quintessential car browser turned buyer. I stopped by to check out the Fusion (I've had two in the past), and after the numbers were run, I was surprised to see how affordable it would be to lease one that was pretty much fully loaded. However, when I told Brian that I wanted to take the weekend to think about it, he didn't pressure me at all and I left without getting that "icky" feeling. I came back two days later to take another spin and Brian was working with a few customers already. He took the time to get me out on the road again, and after that I decided it was time to buy. He was a little busy so I had to wait a bit, but he kept coming back to check on me. Once everything was processed I spent some time with the finance guy Chris, and was out of there in my brand new car a little while later! More
