I always like to service my vehicle where I bought it, in this case it was a little out of the way but managable as it takes about an hour to get here from my house. I had always enjoyed coming to this dealer as I felt I was treated fair and correctly. In 2013 I was informed lester glenn was taking over the dealership which made me a little nervous and thought I'd start servicing my car elsewhere I decided to give it a shot, the take over was painless and lester glenn honor all of sansone's customer service deals and the pleasurable experience continued up until the last couple years when service writers were coming and going. I have been lied to, I have had them try to sell me things I didn't even need, and last time I service my vehicle here I was over sold and robbed I haven't said a word cause I realize life is short, so I paid my bill and have not been back since and will no longer be a customer at this location. More
