Service Marc Brudner assisted in helping me get my car that was in for a recall moved into the shop quicker since the dealership was unable to provide me a lo Marc Brudner assisted in helping me get my car that was in for a recall moved into the shop quicker since the dealership was unable to provide me a loaner vehicle. Even though he isn’t in service he made sure his returning customers were taken care of. He responded immediately and took action my car was moved into the shop the next morning having a busy family it helped not to throw us off track too much. I will always send my friends and family to see Marc and great salesman and a true go getter!! Can’t thank him enough! More

Sold me a car with a broken radio Just recently bought a Durango from the dealership and not even 2 days after driving it the radio in the car broke. I called them every day for a week Just recently bought a Durango from the dealership and not even 2 days after driving it the radio in the car broke. I called them every day for a week and never herd back from anyone. Then I contacted my sales person Eric who was great and actually ended up leaving Lester gleen to work for another dealership. He helped me get in contact with the service manager since he felt the need not to return my calls. Scheduled an appointment for my car to get dropped off and be fixed. They quoted me $500 for them to ship out the radio and fix it and told me it would be ready in a few days. I then tried to contact the gm to see if there was any way for him to help me out since he sold me a car with a broken radio and then he pretty much told me to eat it. Told me it was my fault that I didn't purchase the extended warranty. Then nearly 2 weeks after I dropped my car off he finally calls me back saying that it needed a new radio and that they put it in for me and my car was done. Told me the new radio actually cost $750 I believe and then said he would pay the $250 difference since they told me it would be $500. I wouldn't have paid the $750 anyway since no one asked me or even gave me any updates on my car while it was being fixed anyway. Stay away from this dealership. Ive seen similar reviews from this same dealership as well. More
