This was exemplified recently by my Service Consultant, Jim Migliore, who not only provided a flexible solution to my needs but had my vehicle returned well ahead of original expectation. Worst Service Ever! Beware ! We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and are totally dissatisfied with the customer service. And the service department. We have dealt with Toyota and Honda and service was excellent . Can not wait till the lease is up. It all started as we pulled out of the dealership the nite we purchased the truc and we drove down rt 37 and has to turn around immediately as there was a loud noise from the undercarriage we got back to the dealership in 2 minutes and they were all locked up we called the salesman and he said bring it back in the am. They had left some packing of sometime under the car that should have been removed! The GPS is not working and they do not service gps on Saturdays ,so you need to have it done during the week and the process takes 3hrs plus as we were told. They would not offer a loner car as itmis not their policy and we both work over 70 miles away. It is unbelievable that you need to take a day off from work just to have your care serviced. Toyota and Honda offer loaners to their customers. So my husband brought the truck in waited just about 4hours and they could not fix it and now think they need to order a part which will be in in about a week. He also had them do scheduled service and had forgotten his wallet home and would not take my credit card over the phone which is not an unusual form of payment now a days so he would now have to go home then back together service center and then venture to work 70 miles away... Making this service fiasco a half a day of wasted time and problem still not corrected. Just sorry we didn't stick with Toyota .. The truck would have been dropped off either the nite before the appoint or morning of and we would have gone to work in a loaner and pickup the truck up that evening.. Well only 12 moths left on lease .. Can't come fast enough. This dealership is not customer service oriented in any way .. From the receptionist who makes the appoints to the ease of service availability to the customers and the service in general... If you need to buy a jeep go to another dealer if you don't .. Don't say I didn't tell you so ,,, More

Getting ready to go on a trip this weekend and was also concerned that one of the tires might have a leak. Brought my Jeep Liberty in and spoke with Jim Migliore and told him I needed the car back by 2pm. Sure enough at 1:40 he called and said the work was done and they resolved the problem. There was no charge and he was great when we picked up the car...could not have been happier. More
Lou Paramonte and the entire service dept at LG Jeep I was a customer of another Jeep Dealership in Ocean County and was turned off by the lack of professionalism recently after having some recalls fixed I was a customer of another Jeep Dealership in Ocean County and was turned off by the lack of professionalism recently after having some recalls fixed on my jeep there. I stopped in to Lester Glenn and they were very professional and accommodating. I returned for an appointment and was taken on time and was called earlier than told to pick up my fixed car. Lou Paramonte the assistant service manager, personally took extra care to make sure I was able to make another appointment I had later in the day. I am looking forward to purchasing my next car here. More

All went very I bought my 2013 Ram 1500 Crew Cab pickup in early 2013...it was a vehicle that I always had wanted for my traveling through the states. All went very well during the sale, and the salesman was top notch, making the sale pleasant and painless. Things took a turn for the worse when it came time to have it service.Every time I had gone back there for service, it took much longer than expected, i.e. a simple oil change over 1.5 hours. The last time I got there early for an 8AM appointment for another oil change, my vehicle was not moved from where I parked it until 9:05AM. Then it took far too long to perform the work. The service manager never came out to me and explained why there was a big delay. My free time is valuable too. That's why I wanted an early appointment. I ended up leaving there at 10:15AM. No explanation was given for the delay, and nobody seemed to care. It seems that once they have your money from the sale of the new vehicle, you get treated like a second class citizen at their service department. I'm never dealing with Lester Glenn again. More
My experience My initial experience with Lester Glenn was pure frustration and disappointment. The intent of my visit was to have my 2002 Jeep Liberty serviced an My initial experience with Lester Glenn was pure frustration and disappointment. The intent of my visit was to have my 2002 Jeep Liberty serviced and the diagnosis was a fuel emissions leak. I understood that specific work needed to be done on my vehicle in order for the check engine light to be turned off. I also understood that the dealership was waiting for a specific part for my vehicle so the leak could be fixed but my frustration was beyond that. I was upset with the fact that my Jeep Liberty was sitting at Lester Glenn for about 2 months because the part needed still was not in. Not only that but the release date for the part kept changing pushing back the date in which I would get my vehicle back. After making plenty of phone calls and speaking to multiple people, I received the same response; there's nothing the company could do. I find it extremely hard to believe that a company as substantial as Lester Glenn could do nothing to help my situation. It was a major inconvenience not having a vehicle or means of transportation for such a long period of time considering I have multiple jobs. If it wasn't for your employee Louis Cerrato I would have had a huge issue with my situation. I received a phone call from Mr. Cerrato a few days before Thanksgiving asking if I was willing to trade in my Jeep Liberty for something else. I was so upset and angry I straight up and said no but a few days later I gave Mr. Cerrato a call back to see what he had to say. I explained my scenario and reluctance to get a new vehicle from a company that wouldn't even give me a loaner car to get to and from work. Mr. Cerrato was so understanding and told me he would figure something out for me. Shortly there after he found me a vehicle that he said I would be happy with and relieve me of the headache I was dealing with due to my Liberty. The next day I took a trip back to Lester Glenn with my parents and that afternoon I drove home my new pre-owned 2012 Jeep Compass. Mr. Cerrato and his team did an excellent job finding me the perfect vehicle. They worked with me and my budget so that the vehicle they had picked out was within my price range, something I was comfortable driving in as well as a vehicle I was happy going home with. I am not happy with the inconvenience I was put in but I am happy with my overall experience at Lester Glenn. Mr. Cerrato did an exceptional job of satisfying another customer. More

We were greeted by Sales Manager Ed Fiorvante who gave us an informative tour of the various showroom autos. We met our Sales Associate Steve Regan who sat with us and "listened carefully" to our wants and needs. Steve explained the many changes between our older Jeeps and the newer models and then demonstrated them in the new Jeep! We chose to trade-in and buy and met with Finance Manager Brian Reeves. No pressure, no hassle, no headache!!! We left the dealership happy and feeling comfortable with our decisions. We definitely recommend Lester Glenn Jeep because of their "great sales staff". So while waiting for oil change seen Michael started talking about A Jeep that was same edition I was intested in.. He told me yes they just got one in but someone is coming from Delaware to purchase it . It was ok with me .i really wanted a different color. Michael said he will call me if the color comes in..within a few minutes.... The jeep pulls I've been wanting..We were SHOCKED!! Had a great time with Michael purchasing the Jeep. Great guy! Would definitely see him again if needed but I hope to keep this jeep a very long time :) More
Service Department issue's I went to have my oil changed on a 2012 Charger. Not only did it take over 2.5 hours for my car came back with hand prints all over it. My car is Black and I had just finished have the car detailed the day before. Between the hood and doors and windows, I don't think they missed a spot with the hand prints all over it. Also just to get my receipt, I waited over 45 minutes and it was wrong. I was honest and told them a mistake was made .They should have charged me for synthetic oil, oh yeah he said, twenty minutes more waiting still never resolved. I had to go to him three times to find out what the hold up was. He said computer is not accepting change. I told him to mail me the bill. What a joke I still have no receipt They need to revamp there service department. I have been a customer of Lester Glen for many years and never experience anything like this. Time to find a better place to service my cars More
