customer service lacks I have dealt with your dealership for many years mostly with Jeep and Hyundai vehicles. I currently own 3 Jeeps purchased at your dealership. I have always found the sales department being very helpful but that seems to be where it ends. This last incident is what has prompted me to write to you with my review. I like I said own currently 3 jeeps, I took the radio from the 2012 and gave to my son for his jeep that he also purchased from Lester Glenn, well after installing we found that we needed a code for the radio. I left a message on Sat for your service department as to what I needed, NO RESPONSE, I called Monday morning and spoke to a women and explained what I needed, she looked it up and had the info on the vehicle, put me on hold and came back to say I might need an appointment ??? I no longer have the radio in my vehicle, so I guess the appointment was so you could charge me ? She said it had to go to the service manager and he would call me back this was at 9:15 am. NO RESPONSE, I called again and left a message (this time not so nice)at 3pm . It is now 10:30 the following day and still NO RESPONE. So, I called Manahawkin Jeep and asked them, amazing she put me on hold, came back about 30 seconds later and gave me the code. SO GUESS WHERE MY BUSINESS WILL BE WHEN IT COMES TO BUYING A NEW VEHICLE . Maybe you should stop sending stupid happy birthday robo calls and start concentrating on customer service More
Lester Glenn Jeep Happy Ending On 1/20/20 I went for service and I suggested a solution for the spare tire kit which is still on backorder from Jeep Mopar. Kerry Monica took my sugg On 1/20/20 I went for service and I suggested a solution for the spare tire kit which is still on backorder from Jeep Mopar. Kerry Monica took my suggestion to the General Manager and 2 days later Lester Glenn Jeep gave me a Full Size Spare and Matching Rim for my Compass. Kerry and the General Manager made my problem go away. More
unresponsive, nobody on the same page. Brought Jeep in for recall in May. My Jeep is 2014 And had 24k miles at the time. I was told they were both covered and not to worry. Once Jeep comes back to them they will call me and make an apt to fix. Recall was “done” but the notifications still pop up on dash that they need to be fixed. I call and they say drive it and the message will go away. It’s now Oct and it has not gone away. Was the recall even done? Carbon panels somehow are still not in? And I was told nobody took pictures of my dash and it’s not going to be covered even though my Jeep has less than 30k miles. The run around stories that I get every time I call is ridiculous. Having used this services center for 5+ years I will no longer recommend them to family and friends as they tell you one thing and get a different result. More

A commitment was made at purchase to supply me with a spare tire kit and jack and I am still waiting. I have communicated with Kerry Monica on at least 7 occasions and keep getting the excuse that Jeep is on back-order but I find that very hard to believe after 9 months. The last time I made contact with Kerry he transferred me to Adam the Sales Manager who was busy and he called me back and said he would call me back tomorrow with a solution possibly another spare supplier, it is now almost 12 days and no call back. Who do I need to speak to in the Lester Glen organization to feel like a valued customer because I don't feel appreciated so far. Respectfully, Lorenzo Figueroa More

Horrible Brought my 2009 Chrysler 300 for very easy and specific repairs. They held car for 4.2 days and fixed nothing and may have cause my battery to drain.
