We understand that our team worked hard to assist you during your initial visit and the days that followed after we were made aware that you were unhappy with the deal you completed. Our team offered, on several occasions, the opportunity for you to back out of your deal, as well as several other options involving your new vehicle, as well as the vehicles you traded in. Our team even drove to your residence after we discussed these options further to make the process more convenient for you. We believe in transparency and doing everything we can to assist our customers. We do not believe in pressuring any of our customers to make decisions and provided you with several options during your initial visit, and the days that followed. We are sorry to hear that despite these additional options offered and considerations made to satisfy your experience we fell short in your eyes. I wanted to returned both cars the days after I got them and you told me that it was already in the system. When I put the reviews on about your dealer that’s when you said you was taking the cars back, finally I brought both cars back. Tim was nice to let me. But as far as the salesmen he was completely nasty to my son and also stuff was stolen from the truck. You are made because I didn’t take down the reviews. I been busy all weekend. You came to my house to make me sign another contract. Your salesman Chris did not explain the hidden fees on a leased. I’m not going back and forth with you. Other customers also feel the same way I do. They will read the reviews in which I should have before I went there. People read the reviews before shopping. Ty
