The service department is meticulously clean but the service . is meh. Go in for a quick oil change and tire rotation turns in to a 3 1/2 hour ordeal . The Service advisor tries to upsell you on services you do not want and gets aggravated when you decline . The service advisor I had was not very attentive and seemed like he didn’t want to be there . Left me hanging in the waiting area and waved me over like a dog when it was finally my time to get out of there mind you it was an empty waiting area and still took 3.5 in the ”quick lube lane” . Service advisor didn’t return phone calls, clearly doesn’t check his voice mail , answer their phone or follow up on promised “ I’ll look into it and call you when I have the information” I’m still waiting for a call back a month later lol More

This place is officially xxxx on earth. Brought my dodge to them to get it running, now I owe 3 K to be told the engine is no good.. smh..got a text this AM from Amanda,saying my vehicle is Brought my dodge to them to get it running, now I owe 3 K to be told the engine is no good.. smh..got a text this AM from Amanda,saying my vehicle is done ( insurance paid for engine) so I was willing to eat the few grand bc I am due with my 7th child ANY DAY and they have had my van for MONTHS. Dont answer or return calls..apparently they haven't even began working on it, and won't put me in a loaner. They compromised the health of my unborn son by leaving me with no choice but to ride the kids to school in a bike trailer, with a rapidly spreading and dangerous cellulitis infection in my foot. They are literally heartless. More
