Was looking for a new or used Jeep. Mark let me test drive each vehicle no problem. There was no hassle or wraggling with prices. He could not have been more helpful in my decision and applied zero pressure. When I went into the finance area I was ready to be hit over the head but everything was painless. All options were laid out to me and the decision was up to me, no pressure to do anything. I would strongly recommend purchasing from here to anyone and will make future purchases here myself. More
I went to this dealership to buy a New Jeep through the Costco Auto Program. I was weary of purchasing a new car being that I hadnt done it in over 10 years. Jim and the Finance team (Darren and Dave) mad Costco Auto Program. I was weary of purchasing a new car being that I hadnt done it in over 10 years. Jim and the Finance team (Darren and Dave) made this purchase virtually painless. They didnt have my car on the lot but obtained it for me from another dealer within one day. I had done research myself and knew what I was willing to pay. I went back to discuss numbers and they gave me the price I was looking for with no haggling. Jim was very accomodating and returned my calls right away. He was willing to do whatever he could to make my experience a good one. I didnt feel pressured about the purchase at all and would recommend dealing with this dealership. (**PLEASE SEE UPDATED SECTION BELOW**) **The above was true until I actually picked up the car. I ended up picking it up after work, in the dark (lesson learned) and when I looked at the car at home the next day there was damage all over the inside as well as scratches and paint damage on the outside. I called right away and Jim did assure me that they would fix everything. I brought the car back, and yes, eventually everything was fixed, although after I dropped off the car to be fixed I never heard from Jim again. I also tried to escalate my concerns at one point and spoke to Dave Rapasardi who promised to call me back with answers and never bothered to. It took over a month for the car to be returned to me and over that month I mostly had to call them to get an update. In the end, I did end up with the brand new car I paid for and I do appreciate the attention to detail of the Service Manager, Dennis Opperman, in getting my car fixed and making sure everything was fixed 100% and correctly. I would gladly deal with Dennis again. The service department replaced the parts that were damaged and fixed the paint. Overall, it was a very dissapointing and frustrating experience. My advice to anyone buying a car from them is to check every inch of it first because the cars are apparently not checked by anyone. More
I am a repeat buyer at Lester Glenn, I did not like the waiting for 4 hours but the overall buying was good. I loved the salesmen there very freindly and willing to help except the Fiance Manager. Went back with my husband and not very friendly, not willing to dicuss the amount on the car its funny was all nice to me but once my husband got involved knowing the price of the car it was down hill with the F/I person. Again, Salesmen in the whole area outstanding and if you like staying there for 4 hours after you picked the car. More
No one likes a car payment but Mark Collins and everyone I came in contact with at Lester Glenn Dodge made me feel like my purchase was the most important thing that was happening. Mark explained the great deal they had for the Dodge Grand Caravan and also made sure I saw the other cars available and explained them also. I had a test drive, complete explaination of the workings of the car, paperwork explained clearly and an immaculate car, the Grand Caravan, delivered the same day. When I asked how to make sure my insurance company knew about my purchase he even took care of that and made the call right there in the office. I couldn't be happier! Mark's Sales Manager took the time to come over and thank me for my business. Getting my new car home might have been a problem since I drove there alone but they handled that with ease also. I drove my beautiful new car home, Mark drove my car and the dealer courtesy car driver followed us to my home and he drove Mark back. Finally,I was given a coupon book for free oil changes for as long as I owe the car and a full tank of gas. I will definately recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new car, they were great! More

I don't know his last name but I had to mention what a nice and professional man he is. Our overall experience was great -- we feel like we were treated respectfully, we were not pressured or pushed, and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. In regard to the price, we feel that Darren was able to help us get the right car for our price range. Of course, all new cars are expensive, but he helped us get the most bang for our buck.
