Lester Glenn succeeded in all aspects of car buying we experienced. From the tolerant web support, the patient courteous sales people on the floor, to the feared but painless financing phase, it is clear experienced. They deserve our positive feedback for no other reason, but I am out here because a new suv has been a long tiresome frustrating journey for us. I was convinced it was not happening after several attempts at other dealerships: unacceptable surprises, broken processes, disingenuous countenance, and from one dealership flat out refusal to work with me as my increasingly suspicious attitude left me initiating via online forays. I had lost faith in the process. To make matters worse, I am very difficult--not an easy sale as I resolutely stick to the vision of what I want/expect. Regardless, at every turn with Lester Glenn the response was helpful, patient, and especially tolerant of my questions, questions, lots of questions. To the very end, we waited for something to go wrong that never happened and for that we are stunned, relieved, and thankful. I should say, my wife is still disbelieving the new vehicle in the garage. I am convinced we would not have our suv if not for this dealership. I take this opportunity to comment on the environment, a very important part of the equation: how does it feel? I have yet to find the words that best describe how it feels being in their facility, but for now the word family comes to mind. Not so corny/drunk as to suggest they felt like my family, but they genuinely appeared the happy crew. good people; it was nice being with them. I have seen enough sales people now to know that it not an aspect to assume will be waiting on you. It will be waiting on you at Lester Glenn because it is clear they will have it no other way. how can I say that? I have lived long enough to know how difficult it is to have all aspects of an organization on the same page. it begins, proceeds, and ends with strong committed leadership, the Lester Glenn family. wonderful dealership that deserves the praise I add to the list. Joe was very nice to deal with, not pushy,very personable, easy to talk to. As was Billy and Darren. We have dealt with other dealerships where we spent hour upon hour trying to make a deal. Anyone who has car shopped with their nineteen year old son after working all day knows what a challenge that could be. His love of Jeeps landed us at Lester Glenn here in Toms River. Our experience was with sales representative Joe Carroll and I could not have been more impressed! Joe was patient and efficient, knowledgable and treated us and our son with respect. He answered every question my husband, son and I had honestly and I believe he truly enjoys his job- and it shows. It has changed the way I view car shopping and will definitely patronize this dealership again! The smile on Matt's face as he drove off in his first new car, something you never forget, tells it all. There stood Joe waving good-bye along side of us. We donot like buying cars, It,s never been a good experience in 43 years of marriage and numerous cars for us and our 3 boys. Then we met Dave , He was determined to make a deal for us.He worked and worked to give us the best deal he could, that we could afford. He got us a great rate, and an excellant deal. When we came to Lester Glenn, we wheren,t even sure we wanted a new car no less that we could afford one.But Phil and Dave made it possible for us. We where out of the dealership with our new jeep in 2 hours.We will reccomend anyone we know looking for a new car or truck to Lester Glee and these two great guys. Dealership is awesome! I was nervous buying a new car but they made both my wife and I feel very comfortable and even gave my grandson popcorn!!
