I had been to a few dealers and was told there wasn't much they could do for me as far as keeping the monthly payments less than $500.00. And that was for a 2011 Sahara. As a matter of fact, I was told I much they could do for me as far as keeping the monthly payments less than $500.00. And that was for a 2011 Sahara. As a matter of fact, I was told I probably wouldn't even get a demo Jeep for that much and new was going to put me in the high $500 to low $600 a month. My wife and I were about to call it quits for the day and we had just found out Lester Glenn sells Jeeps. My wife is presently leasing an Acadia from them that we got at a different location in Toms River. I figured they were on the way home so we stopped. I originally, after talking to the other dealers, decided to look at a stripped down model, a basic Sport. After talking with Luke and Dave and explaining my experience with the other dealers and what I really wanted, Dave, Lukes boss, worked some numbers and asked if I would like to look at a 2012 Sahara model. I thought to myself, "This guy didn't hear me to well. I can't afford a 2011 model with all the end of year discounts and he wants me to look at a 2012 model." I'm not sure exactly how he did it, but I now lease a 2012 Sahara Jeep for $499.00 a month, for 39 months with just $2,200.00 down. It's top of the line right behind the Rubicon. The funny thing is I never intended to get a Jeep with all the bells and whistles. I wanted something right in the middle. The only real luxury I wanted was AC and power locks with leather seats. (Easier to clean). If you're a Veteran, let them know, Dave and his assistant are both Veterans and I believed it made a difference. I always said buying a house was less stressful than buying a vehicle....not this time! More

They deserve our positive feedback for no other reason, but I am out here because a new suv has been a long tiresome frustrating journey for us. I was convinced it was not happening after several attempts at other dealerships: unacceptable surprises, broken processes, disingenuous countenance, and from one dealership flat out refusal to work with me as my increasingly suspicious attitude left me initiating via online forays. I had lost faith in the process. To make matters worse, I am very difficult--not an easy sale as I resolutely stick to the vision of what I want/expect. Regardless, at every turn with Lester Glenn the response was helpful, patient, and especially tolerant of my questions, questions, lots of questions. To the very end, we waited for something to go wrong that never happened and for that we are stunned, relieved, and thankful. I should say, my wife is still disbelieving the new vehicle in the garage. I am convinced we would not have our suv if not for this dealership. I take this opportunity to comment on the environment, a very important part of the equation: how does it feel? I have yet to find the words that best describe how it feels being in their facility, but for now the word family comes to mind. Not so corny/drunk as to suggest they felt like my family, but they genuinely appeared the happy crew. good people; it was nice being with them. I have seen enough sales people now to know that it not an aspect to assume will be waiting on you. It will be waiting on you at Lester Glenn because it is clear they will have it no other way. how can I say that?
