Just bought a new 2011 Chrysler T&C from Lester Glenn. I was shopping for 2012s but came down to see the 2011s they had left on their lot. This is my first new car purchase and only my second purchase from a dealer, I usually go private party because I hate dealing with dealers. Of all the dealers I visited, Lester Glenn seemed to be the most professionally run, friendliest, and most efficient. They're not local to me so many of their incentives (free oil changes for life, loaners/pickup, etc.) don't do much for me, but they're worth noting. The cars I was looking at were already heavily discounted, and as such I didn't have a ton of negotiating room; they shared lots of numbers with me about exactly how their math worked, which I really appreciated. Their offer on a 2012 was also fairly aggressive, among the lowest I had seen. I wound up buying a warranty I didn't particularly want but after a few price drops and a finance charge drop it seemed to be a wash at worst (and there are a lot of gadgets in this car to worry about). I guess what I'm trying to say is that I expect dealers to lie, cheat and steal, and as far as I can tell Lester Glenn was fair and truthful. Phil was unfailingly polite, helpful and thankful for the business, and the backoffice/Internet team (David, Lauren, Billy, and Darren) were respectful of my time and helpful in getting us to a resolution. I can't help but think that I could have gotten a slightly better deal, but I don't think I got ripped off either. I would recommend Lester Glenn without hesitation. More

Poor Poor service department!!! This place is night and day compared to the Lester Glenn GMC Dealer which is top notch. I decided to bring my car to this place because of the great expereance I had at GMC day compared to the Lester Glenn GMC Dealer which is top notch. I decided to bring my car to this place because of the great expereance I had at GMC but boy was I wrong. Service department never calls when the car is done. They never call to explain whats going on with the car (good or bad). Both times I got my oil changed they never put a sticker in the window for next service. I brought my car in for a recalled part that they ordered for me and when I scheduled the appointment for it they changed the oil instead and never installed the recalled part. I really hope this place gets its act together because I really like Lester Glenn and had great experiences in the past.. More

He was very friendly and very helpful. All the sales folks we dealt with that night were very friendly. They were also very efficient, and Dominic the detail guy also came up and made sure we knew that when we got our new car to let him know if we werent happy in any way and to please not hesitate to call him up to fix any problems we had. They got us in and out in a timely fashion, and the entire time Anthony Rose was there with us and answering any questions we had. We felt like people and valued customers and not numbers. I would definitely go back there and recommend them to anyone. We were very happy with the deal they offered and the no haggle attitude. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the vehicle when we received it. Anthony Rose even helped us put our stuff in the new car and told us to reach him on his personal cell phone anytime!
