I dropped my brand new dodge journey off for service that I scheduled 3 weeks ago. My appointment was for 10 am. When no one called me I came back to the dealership at 12 and my car had not even been moved f I scheduled 3 weeks ago. My appointment was for 10 am. When no one called me I came back to the dealership at 12 and my car had not even been moved from when we initially parked it. The manager, bill, went on to tell me they go by ready by time instead of appointment time, so why did I schedule an appointment for 10 am three weeks ago if it wasn't going to be ready, not even ready, but started by 12 pm? Worst customer service and the attitude of the manager was awful. I work for customer relations and I could never talk to the customer the way he spoke with me. More
