The only reason I gave an "ok" rating is due to the fact that the paint chip on my door is still not fixed. When I purchased the car, I found a small paint chip on the passenger side door. I was told to make a list of the things I've found and it would be fixed when I brought my Jeep back to install the trailer hitch. I received a phone call to let me know my Jeep was ready to be picked up, and that 4 staff members looked over my entire car and they couldn't find a paint chip. The hitch was installed as promised but the chip is still there. I was told at that time my Jeep would be put in the body shop to repair the chip. I've been waiting for a little longer than I would like to know that this chip will be repaired by the dealership at no cost to me, since I'm not the one who chipped the paint. This is my first new car and I'm more than a little obsessive about keeping it in perfect condition. As soon as I get the phone call stating to bring my car in and the chip will be repaired at no cost to me, I would like to do more business with this dealership in the future and make them my first choice recommendation.
