He was able to set up a test drive of one of the new Equinox’s that I was interested in and to say I fell in love with the vehicle would be an understatement. Although they did not have the color I was hoping for, Bill and Manager Mike were able to locate my dream SUV and bring it to the Toms River location. While I was waiting, I spoke with John Stetz in sales, and he was also helpful in investigating my service contract. It was such a contrast with the service I received on June 7, for the same problem. The tech rode with me and experienced my car problem and said he never saw anything like it and was going to research and get back to me. I never heard from anyone and found out that service appointment was not even recorded. However, everyone at Lester Glenn has always been courteous and helpful, and I would highly recommend them. More

Car continued to hesitate so I took it to Aamco and we had a trans flush which solved the problem. My husband revisited the service dept and spoke with the manager, who only replied, "we are not perfect". This is my daughter's car who is a student with a part time job who actually paid $170. for nothing. We tried to get the money back to no avail. Shame on you, Lester Glenn. More

Broken Seat After taking my car into Toms River Lester Glenn Chevy for just a routine inspection for safety issues and for peace of mind in my own head, I found o After taking my car into Toms River Lester Glenn Chevy for just a routine inspection for safety issues and for peace of mind in my own head, I found out that the car had received a clean bill of health all except for my broken seat I had realized that was not tilting up and down in the front anymore, I was able to get the car back into the dealer the next day and after close inspection and a couple of emails back and fourth with Joseph J Monica Jr. Service Manager, at Lester Glenn he has informed me that yes indeed the part in question could've been broken while they had the car in their possession and he has assured me that the broken seat would be fixed at no cost to me. I do not like or deal with too many dealerships as that is the person I am, I have all but 3 dealerships I have trusted in my many years of driving, Lester Glenn in Toms River has just earned my respect and has been added to my 3 favorite dealerships to give them my business Thank you Joseph J Monica Jr Of Lester Glenn for proving to me that indeed there are good people out there that want to do the right thing More

We ended up leaving with two brand new cars because we couldn't resist the deal he gave us. Adam is professional, fair, and doesn't waste your time. I've sent my sister there to see him and she bought a car one the spot. I'll be sending my sister in law there too. We'll always go back to him. More
Don't want to do the work Last year my husband's Silverado was making noise somewhere in the rear. My husband brought the vehicle in to Lester Glenn to be assess by a technicia Last year my husband's Silverado was making noise somewhere in the rear. My husband brought the vehicle in to Lester Glenn to be assess by a technician. The Lester Glenn technician found the issues to be with the transfer case due to the sales department providing misinformation about driving the truck in automatic. The tech stated the next time my husband brings his truck in for an oil change they would take the rear/ transfer case apart and repair the issue. This past week the check engine light came in truck so my husband made the appointment to diagnose the check engine light, oil change and to repair the rear issue. Lester Glenn has had the truck for two days now and has not made the repairs with the rear. They claim that they are not hearing such noises and will not accept the notes of the previous technician who did hear the noise due to the fact he retired. Personally I feel that the service department was just looking for an argument, did not want to complete the work and kept our vehicle unnecessarily. This is a very poor business practice. More
