Arrived w/o appointment to have a damaged tire repaired. I was taken care of promptly and efficiently. Jeanne Kinney was my service advisor, and I cannot say enough good things about her. Well after all the disrespectful way your dealership treated me including jeanne Kinney I won't be back this employee talked to me like a child going against me for a simple oil change had to go up ther treated me including jeanne Kinney I won't be back this employee talked to me like a child going against me for a simple oil change had to go up there twice still charge me joked about it at my expense thought it was funny the way she treated me 10 years of buying cars at your dealerships over 100,000 and it comes to this a rude employee treated the me like dirt I hoped in the future someone will do something about her if she continues this behavior there going to be more customer s like me that will go elsewhere thanks for running me out of there More

I do realize your service department is in a temporary location however directions on where to enter to pick up my car were never provided. Saw my car in the parking lot and went over to it and it was un location however directions on where to enter to pick up my car were never provided. Saw my car in the parking lot and went over to it and it was unlocked. Could not find anyone to open the doors to the service department so I could get my keys. Took almost 15 minutes before someone saw me waking around the building. Got my key and went to my car to find they never reset anything and left garbage in my car. Very unhappy with this appointment. More
