We just stopped in because my son couldn’t find what he was determined to drive at other local Chevy dealerships. We walked in and were greeted immediately by Doug, personable and pleasant from the get go was determined to drive at other local Chevy dealerships. We walked in and were greeted immediately by Doug, personable and pleasant from the get go. He asked what we were looking for, took to his computer AND FOUND IT!!! Both my son and I looked at each other in amazement- okay, let’s go. Doug was extremely helpful and extraordinary to have the process go so smoothly. Lester Glenn gave us, what I thought, a great trade in, so all was a GO. We did have to a wait a bit, but I was kept informed by both the dealership manager and Doug as to estimated dates. It was a great feeling that they were as anxious for us to have the new car as much as we were. The trade in and purchase was extremely easy. Also working with Stephen in finance was exceptional. Kerry Monica jr. is by far the best service manager I have ever dealt with. In early May I had come to New Jersey to bring my son home from college. I had just purcha is by far the best service manager I have ever dealt with. In early May I had come to New Jersey to bring my son home from college. I had just purchased a new 2022 Chevy Silverado from my local dealer and this was its first trip. The morning we were set to pack up and head home my new truck decided it did not want to shift into gear and the power was knocked out to my dash. A friend of my sons called the service department at Lester Glenn Chevrolet to let them know about the issues I was having with my new truck. Kerry reached out to me immediately, called a tow truck to get me to the dealership and took all my information so he could get all the paperwork started before I got there. When I arrived at the dealership Kerry meet me outside to look over the truck then brought me into the dealership to sign my paperwork. I explained to Kerry that I had to have my son out of his dorm and head back home that night. When Kerry did not have a loaner vehicle big enough for what I needed he called the local rental agency and set me up with a vehicle that would work for me and brought me to pick it up. I received a phone call the next morning letting me know what they had found with the truck and that the repairs would be complete by the end of the day. I was going to plan on taking the next day off to make the trip to New Jersey to pick up my truck and return the rental vehicle when Kerry surprised me again saying that he would deliver the truck to my house and return the rental vehicle for me. This all happened on a Tuesday morning and truck was back in my driveway by Thursday afternoon. This is something I would have never expected from an out of state dealership that I did not purchase the truck from and a service manager I had never meet before. I cannot say enough about Lester Glenn Chevrolet. It is people like Kerry Monica jr. that make a great dealership great. More
