I have been working with this dealership for about 5 years. I had leased an Equinox at another dealership that was not very pleasant and difficult to get to for service. Lester Glenn not only took care of my vehicle for the last two years of the lease, but they provided leasing service for two other vehicles including this new Equinox. Jim the parts manager along with his crew were fantastic. I spent the better part of a week trying to locate the connector pigtail for an oil solenoid control valve with no success. Jim and his crew along wi I spent the better part of a week trying to locate the connector pigtail for an oil solenoid control valve with no success. Jim and his crew along with a gentleman from service spent the better part of a half hour with me going through every 2 pin connector until we found a match. Top notch service and crew, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. More
