I was very please to have Mr. DelVecchio as my sales person and to know that he understood my situation as I traded my current car for something that it was more "me", he took his time to show me what i person and to know that he understood my situation as I traded my current car for something that it was more "me", he took his time to show me what it was best for me and for the best price and what I mean price I had a budget and he did his best to keep me under my budget, that meant a lot to me.....As a single female people always tend to take advantage of us is selling us something that we dont really need or dont know anything about it and Chris was none of that!!!!!! I also have to thank John MacDonald as I returned to the dealer to finish my sale the next day and Chris was busy with a customer he didnt hesitate to come over and offer his help to me and was very helpful and prompt to get my car service for some minor detail that it was need it. I'm very happy to have found Chris and John and I know where to send my friends now when they are in need of a car and to know that they will treated with the best care means a lot to me..... This was by far the easiest and best car buying experience that I have had. For the test drive I worked with John D. and he was great and very friendly, not pushy at all which was a welcome reprie experience that I have had. I worked with John P. and he understood my situation and worked with me. Gave me a great/fair price on the vehicle and was very friendly while doing so. We were able to come to a deal even though I lived an hour and a half away. Chris and John P. worked with me through email/text throughout the day of my pickup so that I knew that I could come out and get my new truck with ease and that everything was ready and as we agreed. When I arrived Chris ran me through all of the bells and whistles on my new truck and was great even though I was showing up at 7:30pm. Chris and John P. had all of the documentation ready, my financing prepared and taken care of and everything was as planned. I spent maybe 30 minutes at the dealer to pick up my truck. That to me was the best customer service experience I've had in quite some time. I not only enjoyed getting a new truck but I thoroughly enjoyed buying it through this dealership and these gentleman. We explained our situation of needing to replace a car (accident) but not able to have payments larger than our previous one. We also explained that we were trying to rebuild our credit. Marcia answered all our questions and explained how things work with the banks. She treated us with respect and did not blow us off or look down on us due to our circumstances. She also helped us without making us feel pressured to buy. Marcia, Bobby, and John worked tooth and nail to help us get into a car that was affordable for us. They guided us through the entire process and made everything as smooth as possible. Their level of customer service was beyond amazing. It is because of this that we ended up spending a bit more than we originally intended.
