We went to Lester Glenn Chevrolet in Toms River immediately after having a horrendous customer service experience at another dealership. Marcia greeted us. She was so polite and friendly. We explained our situation of needing to replace a car (accident) but not able to have payments larger than our previous one. We also explained that we were trying to rebuild our credit. Marcia answered all our questions and explained how things work with the banks. She treated us with respect and did not blow us off or look down on us due to our circumstances. She also helped us without making us feel pressured to buy. Marcia, Bobby, and John worked tooth and nail to help us get into a car that was affordable for us. They guided us through the entire process and made everything as smooth as possible. Their level of customer service was beyond amazing. It is because of this that we ended up spending a bit more than we originally intended. Their level of service and respect for us is the reason why we will be purchasing another vehicle from them in the near future! More
Well, I really needed car. but I couldn't afford much. Josh handled the sales part and made me feel at ease. Joe got me a great car at a price I could afford. Bobby and Joe took care of the finances. Bill Murry. Mr.Murry displayed a genuine sense of knowledge of his trade and a sincere friendly and respectful manner in handling questions, both my wife and I had asked. The Bottom line is we left that day driving a 2012-Chevy Cruze,a great vehicle we knew nothing about until that day. Mr. Murry, represents the best qualities in all the four criteria presented above.
