After a vehicle locate search on Chevrolet.com, I traveled over an hour to Lester Glenn Chevrolet because they had the truck I wanted. I called ahead to make sure the truck was there. When I arrived, I was greeted by Sales Manager John Puglisi who set up with Salesman Rich Festa. The truck was waiting for me right outside the showroom. Mr. Festa was polite and easy to deal with. After road testing the truck, he graciously allowed me to take a very similar one, but with a different motor, out for a ride to compare the two. We negotiated and they let me walk out the door with virtually no pressure, unlike other dealerships that I have dealt with over the years. I was able to do my homework regarding this purchase and Rich called me two days later to see where I was at. In that time, I was able to determine that the original truck that I came to see was the right one for me at a price that could not be beat. I bought an Equinox today, and it was the best car-buying experience of my life. My wife and I arrived yesterday and started looking at the cars in the lot. Travis Foster was there in a heartbeat. He asked what we were looking for and then proceeded to direct us to what turned out to be the car of our choice on the first shot. Our subsequent negotiations were straightforward and fairly balanced. After two test rides over two days, I decided that this particular Equinox was the car for me. The actual purchase took a few hours to complete, but went without a hitch. Travis, and Sales Manager Patrick Sweeney, were friendly and professional throughout the transaction. The financial manager, whose name escapes me, was also easy to work with. There was no pressure to purchase the obligatory after-market offers of extended warranties, tire protection, rust protection special coatings, etc. I would definitely recommend the folks at Lester Glenn for consideration if you are in the market for a Chevy. BTW, this is our first Chevy in 40+years and we are very happy with our purchase. It is nice to go shopping for a new car and not not have to put up with the BS many of us have experienced in the past. These people are very down to earth. More

I also have to thank John MacDonald as I returned to the dealer to finish my sale the next day and Chris was busy with a customer he didnt hesitate to come over and offer his help to me and was very helpful and prompt to get my car service for some minor detail that it was need it. I'm very happy to have found Chris and John and I know where to send my friends now when they are in need of a car and to know that they will treated with the best care means a lot to me..... This was by far the easiest and best car buying experience that I have had. For the test drive I worked with John D. and he was great and very friendly, not pushy at all which was a welcome reprie experience that I have had. I worked with John P. and he understood my situation and worked with me. Gave me a great/fair price on the vehicle and was very friendly while doing so. We were able to come to a deal even though I lived an hour and a half away. Chris and John P. worked with me through email/text throughout the day of my pickup so that I knew that I could come out and get my new truck with ease and that everything was ready and as we agreed. When I arrived Chris ran me through all of the bells and whistles on my new truck and was great even though I was showing up at 7:30pm. Chris and John P. had all of the documentation ready, my financing prepared and taken care of and everything was as planned. I spent maybe 30 minutes at the dealer to pick up my truck. That to me was the best customer service experience I've had in quite some time. I not only enjoyed getting a new truck but I thoroughly enjoyed buying it through this dealership and these gentleman.
