My family has purchased 3 new cars from Lester Glen in the last year. All these transactions have had one thing in common. The salesperson, Rich. He has made every one of the transactions a pleasure. After entering the showroom of Lester Glenn's Chevrolet dealership - we were greete On March 8, 2012 my wife and I went shopping for a new car. After entering the showroom of Lester Glenn's Chevrolet dealership - we were greeted by the sales representative Dennis Grimaldi. Mr. Grimaldi was very pleasant and helpful to us in determing the type of vehicle which would please us and fit our needs. Dennis was very knowledgable with all of the models that Chevrolet has to offer. After spending a considerable amount of time with us, which I found very kind and enjoyable - Dennis offered us to take a "test drive" in the Chevy Sonic Hatchback which we had shown an interest in. After taking the test drive, Dennis fully explained all of the features, advantages, and safety of this vehicle. After further discussion with Dennis at his desk, we had expressed a definite interest in purchasing the Chevrolet Sonic Hatchback. It was then we were introduced to the Sales Mgr. Joe Barlow - after some discussion, we arrived at an agreeable price and finalized the purchase. While our new vehicle was being preped for us to drive home - Dennis gave us a tour of Lester Glenn's Service Dept. and gave us a protocol for obtaining required service. Dennis also explained how pleased will be with purchasing our new vehicle at Lester Glenn's Dealership because of its well deserved reputation of service and satisfying the needs of their customers. Upon delivery of our vehicle, Dennis set up our On Star and explained the various features in our new car. He later called our home to check on the satisfaction of our new purchase. We wish to thank Dennis Grimaldi for all the time (5 hours) he spent with helping us with our decision. My wife and I were talking about trading in our Chevy Traverse. I stopped in at Lester Glen in Toms River, NJ. to take a peek at new Traverses and a rep came out to greet me. Dennis asked if he could help, and I told him what I was looking for. I also stated that I would not be doing anything at that time because it would be my wifes choice(her car). I gave Dennis my info to contact me later in the evening after I spoke to my wife. He did contact me that evening and I set an appointment for the following Mon. My wife, myself and my twins(3 years old) went to look. My wife has very good taste,just look she has me (haha).She picked out a Z71 Suburban. A little bit more than I wanted to spend but The team worked numbers well enough for us to drive it home. We spent six and a half hours looking test driving and working out the details. Before we were finished I think everyone in that building knew my twins. They had a great area for the kids to color and play around and watch TV. They showed us new items on the truck that differed from the Traverse, but by this time I was wore out and the children also. Dennis and another rep. showing the truck stated that it was alot to take in at once. If we had any questions or problem to please call and they would work we us to figure it out. It was a great day my wife was happy and that makes me happy. Really nice truck. Thank You! More
