An outstanding sales representative, John Stetz! I was looking to purchase a new 2016 Chevy Suburban. I shopped in Bergen County and Passaic County, but the trade in values that other dealers were of I was looking to purchase a new 2016 Chevy Suburban. I went onto Lester Glenn Chevrolet's website to see what was available in stock. I contacted John Stetz, a sales representative, for Lester Glenn Chevrolet. My wife and I scheduled an appointment and liked one that was in stock. We traded in our 2010 Chevy Suburban LTZ and purchased a brand new fully loaded 2016 Chevy Suburban LT. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the whole purchase experience. John Stetz is very knowledgeable, patient, outgoing, assertive, but not pushy and a great listener to our needs for the vehicle. John Stetz is an asset to Lester Glenn Chevrolet! Worst evev in 30 years of buying vehicles ! WORST ! Once the car was bought the tune Changed, prior to writing the contract everything was, that is no problem, we can do that. Car is there 16 days and find out the part was NOT even ordered yet, but confirmed with Dave it only takes a day to get if ordered by 3P.M. I was told by Aldo first 5-7 then I was told by Aldo a week later 10-14 business days. FOR A PART THAT HE NEVER ORDERED and for Paperwork that he has for me that DONT EXIST. This is just 2 LIES out of the 2 Dozen I have been told so far. The Best service and experience EVER! My husband and I were not looking for a new car but the transmission in our van went unexpectedly. Joe, the GM was quick to our rescue. My husband went down to see Joe and gave him all of our information and what we were looking for. The car we were asking for wasn't on their lot but Joe and his team moved mountains to get us exactly what we requested. He found the car and had it delivered from another dealership within a couple of days. This was one of the most hassle free experiences I've ever had. When Joe called and said the car was ready we went down to pick it up. It came all ready including a BIG red bow!!! Our salesman Michael Stockhausen was really awesome. He was extremely courteous and always put our needs first. He made sure he explained everything to us and how to use all of the features of the car. He knew all of the answers to my questions and I never felt ignored. It was a great pleasure to have such a worry free experience.
