My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle, seeing as our van was a '97 and had 186,000 miles on it. Our biggest concern was whether or not we were able to be approved for a loan. We had seen a few bumps in the road over the years, and our credit wasn't good. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by Sal, and were made to feel very comfortable. Sal was very patient with us, as we told him what our desires and concerns were. Sal listened to what we were looking for, and what price range we were interested in. He went onto the lot, and brought us a car to test drive. All I have to say, is it was as if he knew us for years. The car he chose turned out to be the one car we both had wanted to own, but thought it was just out of our reach. After the test drive, Sal encouraged us to take the car home for the evening; it was past banking hours, and needed to wait till morning to contact the banks. I was pretty adamant about not bringing it home when, Josh, came and spoke to us about why it was in our best interest to take the car for the night. So we went home, excited yet, reserved, not sure if we would be approved for a loan. After work the next day we went back to find out what Josh had heard from the bank. To our joy, we had been approved!!! It was like a huge celebration with old friends when we rang that bell as new owners of a pre-owned Hyundai Sonata. We will definitely be encouraging all of our friends to go to Lester Glenn Chevrolet for their next new car. More

I explained about my car, then also asked Michael if I could trade in my car in the future.
