I went to Lester Glenn Chevrolet to look at an Equinox. I had very specific ideas about what I wanted and did not want and Bill was the first salesperson in two days of visiting various car dealerships who I had very specific ideas about what I wanted and did not want and Bill was the first salesperson in two days of visiting various car dealerships who was able to answer yes to all of my questions! It was amazing. I did not feel like I was dealing with a "salesman" but rather someone who was interested in helping me find exactly what I wanted. He was very pleasant to deal with and answered all of our many questions. He spent time with us looking at all the cars in 90 degree weather until we found what we wanted never showing any impatience as we changed our minds on certain options over many hours. I also didn't feel pressured to buy a car immediately, and spent nearly 3 hours, and was there after hours finishing my purchase. I really love my Chevy Cruize and although I didn't shop around a ton I think it was the right fit. The price was great and we got my payments in my price range, with a 6 year warranty. Without all of Brandon's information and clarification on everything regarding payments, pricing, warranties, percentage rates etc. I wouldn't have been able to comfortably purchase a car. He was great to work with and I would advise working with him to anyone who knows nothing about car buying! and of course those who do as well! More

Brandon was well informed about a the vehicle that most have never heard of. He knew how to use each and every option on the vehicle and showed me how to use them. Regarding my rating, I was displeased with how long I had to wait to see the finance manager, almost an hour. Additionally, the vehicle was not cleaned well. Brandon asked them to detail it and it appears that all they did was wash the outside. Again, the sales person Brandon was great when I returned it a few days later to have it cleaned. Financing went the extra mile as well and made us feel very comfortable with our transaction and we left feeling we could trust them. We have never owned a new Chevy and just stopped by to look for the heck of it. Now, we owned a loaded 2013 Malibu and we love it more every day! More
