Not a great experience. Looked at used car that was visibly damaged in a Carfax unreported accident. Salesman was shown damage and informed sales manager. They refused to negotiate the price at all. Nick was a pleasure to work with, we came to the dealership knowing which car we wanted to purchase as we had seen the car on line. While you do have a few employees that care about a customer's overall satisfaction, all it takes is one less than honest person who does not follow through on his word to bring down the entire LG team. We purchased a pre-owned certified Chevy Cruze on 9/28/13 and during vehicle prep that day one of your employees nearly destroyed the paint and damaged the windshield so severely that you had to replace it. Since our purchase date, our vehicle has only been in our possession for roughly a day. The remainder of the time since our purchase it has been in the possession of LG's detailer and body shop so you can try to "make it right." All the while no one is reaching out to us letting us know what is going on as they should. We have had to track down info, research contact numbers and Google information we needed. Our main point of frustration is dealing with Joe Horsfield. We were told that we had to wait for him to deal with the ongoing situation but not once has he reached out to us. We have had to track him down each time we were looking for information and our messages on his vm never go answered. Again I ask, Where is our vehicle? What is its status? Why is this situation so out of control? More

He provided me with all the pertinant information I needed to make a decision. When we were getting close to a price I was happy with, Brandon worked closely with the sales mgr Joe Horsfield. Mr. Horsfield was also a pleasure to deal with. He along with Brandon made it possible for me to ascertain the vehicle I wanted at a price I was content with. These gentleman are a credit to Lester Glen Chevrolet. This was the best experiencei ever had at a car dealership. More

The car I was using was getting old and one day it decided that it had enough. I was very caught off guard because I hadn't really started my car search yet, but I knew that I needed a car rather quickly. My search did not take long thanks to this dealership and their employees. When I arrived at the dealership no one was waiting to jump down my back. I had time to look around at the vehicles and it seemed like the perfect amount of time when I wanted to speak to someone about test driving some vehicles. Well, then came Nick who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I decided on the car that I wanted and I was set on a specific color for my car, but they did not have the color I wanted at the lot. They did not have a "take it or leave it" attitude. They went out of their way to find exactly what it was that I wanted. Since the car was not at the dealership, I had to figure out what I would do for transportation for work. It did not take long to figure because I was given a courtesy vehicle to drive until the car that I wanted arrived at the dealership. It was such a relief to know that I would not have to worry about transportation for work. The process for the courtesy vehicle was simple, quick, and hassle-free. I would also like to add that the courtesy vehicle superseded my expectations. I was happy just to have a vehicle so that I could get to work, but it was beautiful! When it came time to do the paperwork involved with financing the car, that process was also hassle free. The paperwork was very straightforward and did not take long to finish. I actually didn't write the review right away, but I'm glad I waited because I have more positive things to say. I knew that I would get some money back from doc fees and I received that. However, I received a separate check from the dealership because I got more money back which they could have kept if they were dishonest. I was not expecting this money so they could have kept it and I would of had no idea. Now it was a small amount of money and it's not going to make anyone rich, but just knowing that they did that puts more faith in this dealership in my opinion. This was my first experience at Lester Glenn Chevrolet, and in my opinion, they treat you as a customer for life; not just to make a deal, take the money and run. More

He listened to what I wanted and recommended I try a used Pontiac G6 which was perfect for me! I was a little tough on him when we first arrived but he never lost his cool or professionalism. I quickly warmed to him and had a great experience. Worked with Paul Barron on the financing and he took the time to explain to me all of my options before we decided on program that would work for me. While waiting for the car to be detailed, had a great, friendly conversation with Brandon who sat with us for over an hour after he was scheduled to leave for the night to complete the sale, but we never felt rushed or felt like Brandon was looking to escape! Overall a great experience. More

My Salesperson Bill Caffyn did an excellent job showing me the vehicles that had the style and equipment I was experience at Lester Glenn Chevrolet. The Dealership tour was great--it was beyond clean and that was on a Saturday.There was no rush on Bill's part when it came to looking at or explaining the particulars of the different vehicles, nor was there the obnoxious hard sell treatment I've been subjected to at other Showrooms. From the first contact with the Internet Salesperson, to the Front Desk, to Salesperson, to the Manager, and to the Finance and Document person I was treated with professionally. I always go in myself to purchase my own vehicles, and as a woman, I've been talked down to, not taken seriously, and treated like an idiot, so I appreciated the treatment I got at Lester Glenn Chevy. I would definitely recommend them to family or friends. And finally, I love the car! It's only been on the road for two days and I have gotten three compliments already, not counting neighbors. I was not very hopeful that I would find a car I could afford and then get approved for. Nick Barile was the first person I worked with and from the beginning I felt that he was going to do whatever he c afford and then get approved for. When we realized I couldn't get a new car, Nick went on looking until he found a car I would like and made sure I could get approved. After that, Paul Baron was wonderful in getting the price of the car in a ranch I was comfortable with. Joe Arioso came out to ask if there was anything else I needed and to make sure I was happy. Nick even went so far as to help me find more affordable car insurance. I can't say enough good things about my experience and will most certainly go back there when I am ready to purchase another car. More
