Much better then most of my car buying experiences. I knew what we wanted, and we were directed to Lester Glen by Costco. Costco notified Lester Glen I was interested, and I got several calls and email I knew what we wanted, and we were directed to Lester Glen by Costco. I just wanted to mention her because she has great "people skills. I could sense her smile through the phone. I met Bill Caffyn at the door. He was friendly, professional, eager to please. I was specific in what I wanted, and it wasn't in stock. He said he would see if one was available from other dealers, and he'd see what he could do. Tuesday I got a call - he found it, I came in, he had most of the paperwork done, except for my signing. We took a ride, he was excited, and enjoying explaining the " bells & whistles".
