Don’t know where to begin with James! He was amazing from start to finish. Took a lot to get me where I needed to be payment wise but he got it done. Well after all the disrespectful way your dealership treated me including jeanne Kinney I won't be back this employee talked to me like a child going against me for a simple oil change had to go up ther treated me including jeanne Kinney I won't be back this employee talked to me like a child going against me for a simple oil change had to go up there twice still charge me joked about it at my expense thought it was funny the way she treated me 10 years of buying cars at your dealerships over 100,000 and it comes to this a rude employee treated the me like dirt I hoped in the future someone will do something about her if she continues this behavior there going to be more customer s like me that will go elsewhere thanks for running me out of there More
