I walked into Lester Glen Auto with a good deal of trepidation, believing this would be a frustrating experience--I was pleasantly surprised. I met with Leo Salgado whom I refer to as a Customer Care trepidation, believing this would be a frustrating experience--I was pleasantly surprised. I met with Leo Salgado whom I refer to as a Customer Care Representative (salesman). After explaining to Joe what I was interested in buying, he went into great detail of the cars available, warranties, etc. Joe was very pleasant and patient--he did not overwhelm me with unnecessary sales pitches. I explained my needs and financial circumstances. Joe was very responsive and worked well within my budget. He brought out a 2019 Cajun Red Malibu in pristine condition with very low mileage and explained its history and the warranties available. Throughout the day, I had great confidence in Joe's abilities and was impressed with his professionalism. Joe did not pressure me in any way, at any time. He was polite, friendly and respectful. The dealership would benefit by having others like Joe in its employ!!!! More
