As always, the people at Lester Glenn Buick/GMC, located in Toms River, NJ, are really great. Needed a routine oil change, etc, but was having a problem with the AC. They found the problem and corrected in Toms River, NJ, are really great. Needed a routine oil change, etc, but was having a problem with the AC. They found the problem and corrected it. Driver took me home, since it was going to be a long job. Came and picked me up when it was done. I would especially give a mention to the Service Manager, Bill Peak and the technician, Tom Domenico. My husband and I have dealt with this dealer for many, many years and bought quite a few vehicles from them over those years. Mike Amarando, in sales is terrific and always stops to chat with me when I am in for service. I trust everyone there to take care of my auto needs. My first meeting of Kyle, he gave me a direct line to call him if I call the number and he happens not to be available. All I have to do is leave a message or send him a text message. Kyle is very very efficient at getting back to me in a timely matter, within minutes, any questions I may have he answers them and then we go ahead an set the appointment which is convenient for myself gives me directions what to write on the night dropbox envelope so he can personally see to it. Had a terrible experience in the service department. My advisor was Joe. First he tried to sell me a wheel alignment I did not need. Then he failed to honor my GM service agreement. I left with a bill for over $100 for an oil change and tire rotation. He told me I had to take it up with the GM dealer I bought the car from. I have a 2021 Buick Envision with 13,000 miles. Just moved to Toms River. I will never return to Lester Glenn Buick. The worst customer experience I have ever had at a GM car dealership. More
