I feel compelled to write to you about the service I have been receiving over the last 3 years from Lester Glenn. I have bought 2 cars from Lester Glenn. Not only was the buying experience a pleasure, but th been receiving over the last 3 years from Lester Glenn. I have bought 2 cars from Lester Glenn. Not only was the buying experience a pleasure, but the follow up service has been amazing! I have owned many other brands and have to say it seems the philosophy of Lester Glenn differs in that once they partner with a customer they focus on keeping them happy for the life of their vehicle. I have sent several friends to Lester Glenn with confidence that I have not steered them wrong, and every one of them have raved about their experience. I just want to thank you for running a dealership that is actually a pleasure to go to (kind of unheard of in the car industry) One more note: I recently went on vacation to SC and drove my Buick Enclave. I had a problem with the DVD player just before we left. I brought it to the service department and the problem was resolved. While on the road somewhere in Virginia I got a call on my cell from the dealership confirming that the DVD player was working properly and that my kids were happy! I contacted this dealership via there website. The inital response was quick and answered all my questions.
