My husband and I just purchased a 2011 Buick Regal from the Lester Glenn Dealership. We had looked at several of these, and no one could come close to the deal that Lester Glenn gave to us. Purchased two cars from Lester Glenn in August and September, one Chevy one GMC. I am still waiting on floor mats for the Acadia, been a month. Salesperson Anthony and Manager Matt have been anything September, one Chevy one GMC. I am still waiting on floor mats for the Acadia, been a month. Salesperson Anthony and Manager Matt have been anything but helpful. Promises, promises but no mats. Now Matt tries to tell me how he did me a favor letting me purchase the vehicle. Very poor post sales service. All I want is what was purchased. I even offered to accept cash and purchase my own mats. This is nothing to say about their inability to obtain an owners manual for my wife. Very dangerous not knowing how to operate the vehicle, could lead to a severe liability. Just talked to Matt today for the 4th week, mats are now supposed to be here Monday but magically the third row mats are missing. I think at this point the mats have been ordered 4 times. Just think how a customer must feel when they have to walk into the dealership to get the product they already paid for after having debated with Lester Glenn staff for a month. Not sure if the people who handled my transaction are representative of Lester Glenn as a company but BUYER BEWARE! More

Our organization needed to update our maintainence vehicle. A couple of our trustees voluntered to visit showrooms and report back with equipment, pricing, and availability on trucks that were within vehicle. Our second stop was Lester Glenn GMC in Toms River N.J. and it could have been our only stop. After visiting the big three showrooms our decision was easy. We returned to Lester Glenn GMC because we were very interested in the Sierra model 8 foot bed work truck. Upon our return we found an excellent sales staff knowledgable about their product and a team effort to deliver us a new vehicle with the equipment we wanted and at a price that was better than we thought we could get. The Yacht Club at Chadwick Beach would like to acknowledge our appreciation for the curteous staff and personel and the treatment we received at Lester Glenn.
