My husband & I went to Lester Glenn looking for a used Acadia. When we arrived we dealt with Mike Amarando. He was very friendly and knowledgable. I leased a Buick LaCross in the month of February 2012 I had to pleasure to work with Ed Smuda. I went to see Ed yesterday, April 19, 2012 to trade in my Buick Enclave and to lease a new 2012 Buick Enclave. I went to the dealership with my parents to shop for a new car for them. We had Mike as our salesman. He was very patient with my parents whose English is not the best. Just got home from Lester Glenn,Tom's river and felt compelled to review the service.After researching the Buick Lacrosse and different dealership's for weeks I found what i was looking for.I dealt with compelled to review the service.After researching the Buick Lacrosse and different dealership's for weeks I found what i was looking for.I dealt with Mike,Ryan and Lee and they could not have been more professional and courteous.Their prices are BY FAR the best,it wasn't really close.They still managed to come down some,but like I said their cars are priced to sell.I think both parties were happy with the deal,I know i was.When I got home my neighbor couldn't believe the price.He recently bought a same year Malibu (inferior car) and paid 5 thousand more,lol.He said he was going to go there for a trade in next week.Outside from buying a house and paying off the ex wife,this is the biggest investment you'll make,you'd be crazy not to give Lester Glenn the first look,you'll be glad you did.Only complaint: I was told they would have bagels,while that wasn't the case,they did offer pizza.I love my car,thankyou Lester Glenn and all your staff. Justin represents a professional, knowledgable 1st. impression of the dealership. Larry Royce greeted us with a plesent relaxed introduction to exactley what my wife and I were looking for, with helpful advise. We were handed off seamlessly to Dan Suarez to complete transaction. Dan continued the professional, plesent relaxed atmosphere which allowed a long day ( we traveled 90 miles) to not feel burdensome. Dans approach to negotiations never once made us feel hurried, or pressured. My wife remarked on our travel home, how happy she was with everything. Our daughter will "Sleep on pins n needles tonight" awaiting the SUV delivery. Manager Lee Dellolio should be very proud. Thank You once again. More
