He explained many of the features while I test drove the auto. Back at the office we negotiated in a pleasant manner and I then signed on the dotted line. He then further explained many more details about the car. When I was ready to drive off with my new purchase, he insisted that I call him with any questions. No pressure, No sales gimmicks, all of which resulted in a smooth transaction. I am 84 years young, and retired as a sales trainer for a public real estate company. I just had to sign a promissory note and I was able to leave with the car. Needless to say, I made the immediate round trip to return with the check to complete the purchase. Even during that whole embarrassing event, everyone at Lester Glen Buick still treated me like I was the number one customer in the world. Guess where I am going to again when I will buy another vehicle. More

He located a vehicle that met our exact specifications. The management was also great to deal with. They presented add-ons, such as extended warranties, explained them, but did not pressure us to purchase. I have purchased cars at other places and have come away with a massive headache, which was not the case this time. I will definitely be back and recommend both the dealership and Tim to our friends. Long wait but worth it After studying all the information on the 2015 Canyon since GM announced its release I met with Sean 1st week of Dec. to price out my Truck. Sean took After studying all the information on the 2015 Canyon since GM announced its release I met with Sean 1st week of Dec. to price out my Truck. Sean took my spec sheet and other info to Dan. Price was agreed on and soon we were on way. There were no trucks available that met my requirements so the truck was ordered. 10-12 weeks delivery time. During that period Sean kept me advised whenever there was movement on the order including shipping. At the holiday there was no news so we exchanged greetings. Sean was off but called on a Friday that the truck had come in and I had it by noon the next day. Sean did a good job reviewing my truck on delivery. Very professional, polite and most important very personable. More
