Our goal is to provide the best experience possible to every customer that enters our showroom. We have reviewed your feedback with our management team and below is a message from Lee Dell’olio, the General Manager of our Buick GMC location: We were very sorry to hear your vehicle was damaged, however; as we discussed when you were present at our showroom, you did not see anyone hit your vehicle in the time between your arrival at our dealership and discovering the damage to your car, nor did any other customers or our employees. We offered to call the police for you once you discovered the damage. We also made a good faith effort to appraise your vehicle, which you were looking to trade in, as if no damage had occurred and I believe we were able to reach a number that you were satisfied with on the trade-in value. Unfortunately, we could not arrive at an agreement on a monthly payment that fit your budget.
