Couldn't Care Less I wanted to trade my car in for a new one, while I was there someone hit my car in the parking lot, the Salesman Ziggy was concerned over what happe I wanted to trade my car in for a new one, while I was there someone hit my car in the parking lot, the Salesman Ziggy was concerned over what happened and brought me back into the dealership where I informed the Sales Manager. This man could not care less about it and with an attitude said " so what do you want me to do about and went back to texting on his sell phone. I could not believe it, how can anyone treat a customer like this? The GM showed me some concern, but he did nothing about it either. To make matters worse as I am walking out two young guys who work there were driving a gold Acura with an orange trade in sticker in the window were not paying attention and were backing up very quickly almost hit my car again, when I yelled to look out they just started laughing and pulled away. I have brought in many customers who have purchased many cars from this dealership, I have purchased many cars from this dealership, so when customer service called me this morning I thought they where going to handle it, but they did not even know about it but I was told someone would call my back when they got out of there meeting, Once again I have not heard anything. This is so wrong, you do not blow off people like this. Mark More

They were not at all understanding and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go there More

incompetent technicians 2 incidents where my brand new 2014 lacrosse wasn't serviced properly by an incompetent tech. Firstly the window regulator was defective after 30 days 2 incidents where my brand new 2014 lacrosse wasn't serviced properly by an incompetent tech. Firstly the window regulator was defective after 30 days of buying the car brand new. First time I took it they not only failed to fix it properly, but failed to seal my door Jam properly which had a visible gap. I took it back to fix the door Jam... Then they reordered a second window regulator because they couldn't figure out why. Finally after installing the second window regulator they finally say oh sorry it was installed improperly. Total inconvenience and the manager that works in the service department is rude, stand offish, and acts like he could care less about customer concerns. I have no clue how this guy even got hired as a service manager. Secondly, I took my car for 22k service, and now I have to return my car because now my new car is shaking. My car never shook before performing the service. I'm convinced those techs are incompetent or trying to purposely ruin brand new cars to generate more money for the dealer. I don't trust Lester Glenn techs, and I'm filling a complaint with every agency available to expose these incompetent workers and practices. More
