No nonsense, straight to the point & knowledgable staff We were looking to lease a specific 2016 Acadia. We knew the color, model and options we wanted. We worked with Ziggy and he was no-nonsense, straight to the point. He didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't want and he logically discussed the options of 12k vs 15k miles on a lease. He knew all the features of the car and was able to explain everything to my wife. Initial phone pricing was like most dealerships. I suppose the only part I didn't like was the call center giving me the speech of "the first price we give on the phone is our best price." I knew that wasn't true, but I also knew I would have to come in to negotiate more to show we were serious. Negotiation was fair, trade in value for the car we gave was fair. I told them what I wanted to pay based on my research and inquiries and we were basically on the same point to move forward from then. There was a minor hiccup whereby the original car we signed over couldn't get transferred from the original dealer. In theory they shouldn't have contracted for it before ensuring this, but that became a moot point. There were no games, switcharoos or any kind of nonsense when that occurred. They quickly acquired the exact identical car from another dealership within one additional day and everything remained the same as promised. Ziggy kept me looped in so I didn't waste any time driving there (1 hour away) until the car was ready. We will definitely talk with Ziggy in 39 months if my wife intends to lease a GMC car again. More

Lester Glenn Buick GMC - DON'T EXPERIENCE LESTER GLENN!!! I never write reviews but this one is worth it. You can experience Lester Glenn (from their commercial)... AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! It starts with their website, we were looking at a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport AWD Sport (VIN 5XYZUDLBXDG070623). It is priced at $18,937 and we thought oh great price. I called the dealership and let them know I would like to look at the Santa Fe, gave them the info, then when I went there they had no idea why I was there at first?? That's why I gave them my info so they would know, really? I picked up the Santa Fe on Friday 10/16/15, the salesman was friendly (at first). I took the car home to my wife (it was for her), she drove it pulled to the left and there was low tire pressure, filled the low tire still pulled. We had it overnight and then drove it back to the dealership (an hour away) on 10/16/15. In their ad they wanted to charge $895 extra on the Santa Fe Certified Pre Owned Inspection. From their website... "Price excludes $895 certification fee. Factory certification is subject to location of purchase. See dealer for details" This inspection was already done though apparently. I looked at the Hyundai website under CPO FAQS... "Is the Hyundai CPO warranty transferable? Upon the sale of the vehicle (private party-to-private party), the CPO warranty is transferred and coverage is afforded to the new owner for the remainder of the 10-year / 100,000-mile CPO Powertrain Warranty term. The Hyundai Customer Connect Center at 1-800-633-5151 must be contracted to update Hyundai’s ownership records. Upon trade-in or sale of the CPO vehicle to a Hyundai dealer or any entity in the business of selling or leasing motor vehicles, CPO certification and Limited Warranty coverage ends." Lester Glenn GMC Buick salesman tried to say that because it was Certified then we would get the 10-year / 100,000-mile Powertrain warranty. We showed him the website where it says it doesn't transfer (above in quotes) then had him call Hyundai he left it on speaker and walked away and my wife talked to the Hyundai Rep, and gave the VIN number (which is important and everyone can do), she said the 10-year / 100,000-mile Powertrain warranty DOESN'T TRANSFER! We had the salesman talk to the Hyundai rep and she told him the same thing and he hung up on her! He was unprofessional to us and Hyundai! He got mad and asked why I was upset with him (which I wasn't) and what he did wrong and was all upset. He said what did I do. Really weird, we were educated and he got upset because he couldn't back up his numbers or information.. We researched everything and if you go make sure you research. Just so you know the 10-year / 100,000-mile Powertrain warranty doesn't ever transfer unless you buy from a private party (not a dealer). I didn't know this either but glad I know now. Lester Glenn salesman (at GMC Buick location) also talked to the Rep at Hyundai and she told him the same thing and he hung up on her! Because she told him the same thing as she told us. It's almost comical, if it wasn't wasting our time. We wanted the vehicle and were willing to except that the 10-year / 100,000-mile Powertrain warranty didn't come with it but didn't want to pay $895 extra for a "certified pre owned vehicle" that means nothing. You get the remainder of the 5-year / 60,000-mile warranty but you won't get the 10-year / 100,000-mile Powertrain warranty. The salesman said that the Hyundai website was wrong AND the lady at Hyundai didn't know what she was talking about haha. The salesman was extremely unprofessional with us and Hyundai, I'm just appalled. Then I forgot my daughters car seat base in the Santa Fe and he acted like he didn't want to open the car because it was locked. Then said he would because "that's the kind of guy I am ." Like he was doing me a favor lol. It was a really bad visit to a car dealership, which I expect to be unpleasant, but this one was particularly bad. Unprofessional, whiny, and just not pleasant to deal with especially when you are educated and don't buy their online reasonably priced but get in the dealership overpriced vehicle. BEWARE!!!! Definitely call Hyundai and give them the VIN on any Hyundai and they'll tell you what warranty is on a used car that you want to buy... You'll be surprised.. 1-800-633-5151 More
