Anita was my first point of contact. She was in the BDC (appointment setting dept) at that time. I called in about a specific vehicle, and I knew what I wanted. I went again yesterday to pick up my plates and registration. Anita was promoted onto the sales floor. She was nice enough to come out in the heat (poor thing) and put my plates on for me.
