After getting a new transmission a week prior, my car died 15 miles away from the dealership. The tow arrived after hours and the tow truck driver left my name, keys and the problem. I got up at 6:30am to make the phone call by seven when most advisers are there. I noticed that Alexa had already left me a voicemail at 6:25 AM! Anyway, she was on the ball asked the problem and it was fixed the same day. Great work!. Nothing to do with the transmission. More
