I brought my Bolt in for the battery recall and asked that they check out a noise. The exchange of the battery was as quick as expected. The noise was a tough one, but they stuck with it. Brought my truck in for a power steering hose leak, tech said it was the pump and steering gear after I told them it was a pressure line off the P/S pump. $2K later still leaking when I picked it up. Had to bring it in the next day and tell them again it was a hose and you can't miss it. Tech found it the 2nd time and replaced at no cost. Wasted 2 grand on parts that probably didn't need to be changed due to incompetent tech. On the fence now when it comes to trusting what they say is wrong with my vehicle. poor service On 12/28/18 I brought my car to leson because my key was stuck in the ignition. After checking it out they said my shifter needed to be adjusted and cables cleaned. I was charged $439.09. Three weeks later on 1/25/2019 my key got stuck in the lock again. This time I brought the car to Express Tech. They said my shifter was sticky and dirty and had to be cleaned, they charged me $174.50. I have been calling leson non stop for days and not one person will call me back. The reason I did not bring my car right back to leson is because this ignition problem has been ongoing for about 5 or 6 yrs. starting with a recall. leson cannot seem to fix the problem. They will call you back in a heartbeat when they are making money but not when they owe. I will not let these people fix a toy car much less a real one anymore More
