Lesson did not make the effort to find a motor for my car or work with my Warranty to get the motor. I was without a vehicle for 4 months, using costly other transportation. I found out my warranty company w or work with my Warranty to get the motor. I was without a vehicle for 4 months, using costly other transportation. I found out my warranty company would have paid for a remanfactured motor that I found was available at (4) locations. Finally I had to get another vehicle and it cost me $487.89 to get rid of my Chevy Sonic ($263.40 towing charges, tow truck said that the car was drivable. Lesson did not tell us this when we had my car picked up from their location, $224.49 Lesson Dianostic charge,I don’t think they even touched my vehicle the hold time that they had it. No service, bad service. I will never deal with them again. More
