There were two basic things I asked to be checked during my visit, I was told they couldn’t (these things were clearly included on my appointment order). When I asked to speak to showing in sales I was told my visit, I was told they couldn’t (these things were clearly included on my appointment order). When I asked to speak to showing in sales I was told to have a seat while the car mechanic found one. Over a half hour later he still hadn’t returned and no sales person ever come out. I finally found someone to speak with - an extremely rude old man. Never coming back here for service and I honestly regret buying a car from you dipxxxxs to begin with. More

3 stars because although Claudia did her best with communicating updates, she also kept forgetting to call me back. Or would tell me she got so busy she didn’t have a chance to call me back. Also if your customers are getting a loaner, they shouldn’t have to pay a deposit. Especially since we pay for extended warranty. That should be handled by the dealership. And I find it hard to believe there are no loaner cars. But other than that I guess the work was done sooner than expected. Which is why I give 3 stars. More
