I brought my suburban in about three weeks prior to this visit. Nobody really looked at it and told me there was nothing wrong with it. Three weeks later, my transmission went out. When I brought it in the visit. Nobody really looked at it and told me there was nothing wrong with it. Three weeks later, my transmission went out. When I brought it in the second time, they told me they would see when they could get to it. I called the service manager, and let him know what I have been through. After that, they finally looked at the suburban and told me the transmission was bad. I had to pay a towing charge from the North Shore to get it back to the dealer. It would have been nice if when I brought it in somebody would have actually diagnosed the transmission problem Before it left me stranded. Once they started replacing the transmission I got it back in about five days. I also had to rent a car so I had transportation. More
